The joysticks are just OK.
The joystick potentiometers do not have a smooth response - they go from 0KOhm to 10KOhm in a nearly binary manner. If that is all you need, they may do the job. Seems like these may be reject joysticks.

Works as expected
Used this with an Arduino board and it was great! And I love that it came with so many jump wires.

Useful
The X and Y resistors work, but the baselines for both are different. I measured a baseline of 500 for X, and 506 for Y. The buttons don't work, and I have not yet got them to work.
