TOPSKY High Back Big & Tall 400 lb Thick Padded Seat Executive PU/PVC Leather Office Chair Adjustable Headrest and Armrest (Black)

Just received this chair. It was damaged in multiple places before even being taken out of the wrap, feels cheap for the $200+ price. The welding was even dirty on the bottom of the chair It came in a box too dirty to bring inside. Looks like it may be comfy but can’t use it. Not sure how something apparently so fragile would ever support someone so heavy as it advertises.Unfortunately, I have a desk that I ordered from this same company, TOPSKY...supposed to be here on Tuesday. I’m regretting that decision now.

The description says this chair is made for up to 400 lbs, this is not at all accurate. The chair is flimsy and as you are putting together you can hear the wood cracking. Its padded and nice and large, but that is where it ends. once you sit, the chair immediately goes back and if you attempt to recline will flip the chair and the back of the chair cracks the wood base where it is attached. This chair is going back.

I had high hopes for this chair but man, what junk. The whole thing wobbles and is not sturdy. The worst part is that you can hear the wood cracking when you put any pressure whatsoever on the seat base. That includes doing crazy things like sitting on the chair, leaning on the arms in anyway, or (GASP!) reclining back in the chair. The wood seat base is clearly not going to last and is under designed for this application. I don't trust this chair and fully expect to fall and injure myself once the wood fails. But hey, the good news is when I break my neck or arm or whatever I'll have a nice payout from the lawsuit against Topsky and Amazon! Win-Win!!!

Assembled even though we had zero directions. Then after it was assembled we sat on it. it is so cheep it feels like its going to break I'm a guy who is just under 300 lbs. I should have known when looking at the hydraulic that nothing is special here and also the way it is assembled is beyond cheap and poor workmanship design. Don't fall for the pictures they put up its 100% a scam... This chair is the equivalent to a $30 dollar chair at staples.

This chair was not worth the price to me. The seat is well padded, firm and seemed as if the cushion would be durable but the details of this chair are severely lacking at this price point. The headrest is flimsy and just slides into the backrest, it did not lock and was uncomfortable at the lowest setting and would not stay up, obviously defective. Casters were not respective of the price point either. Returned the chair. Service was great, assembly was not difficult, but I did not like this chair.

ok i purchased this chair because of the strength factor as i weigh 270 lbs and i haven't found a chair to hold up to there claim and with their rating of 400 lbs i thought o good a great chair that will finally hold up well they proved me wrong , doesn't stay up and tilts to the point of falling out of the chair to the left or right very expensive piece of junk

The chair sure looks good but the materials used for the base support *bottom of the chair is plywood base* cracked in the second month just outside of the return policy. This chair is not worth the $250 I spent on it. My Bevco which is 7 years old is better quality. Sorry I bought this chair.

The chair needs to be removed from Amazon, it wont lock and its always leaning back so I have lean forwards with a separation of my lower back to the backrest of chair that you could fit your fist. The material are awful the arm rest sunk in a month. They lied about the 400lbs feature this thing is as light as a feather and equally as fragile. Lastly when i bought this it had more reviews and over all positive , those reviews have since disappeared DO NOT BUY THIS!!!
