Product Features Simple to setup and use Nearly unlimited variations of body weight exercises Includes: 2 Gymnastic Rings & 2 16' Straps with Buckles Adjustable Product Description This pair is made from high strength PVC. Supported by 16' adjustable straps that allow for mounting in a variety of locations. There are endless amounts of exercises that can be accomplished on these rings everything from push ups to muscle ups! Best rings for the buck! If you're a crossfit junkie like me, then you know the importance of having access to a set of rings and these are the best there are. Strong enough to take all the abuse you can dish out, as well as being fully adjustable. I am 250lbs and have performed countless kipping pull-ups and kipping muscle ups on them with no signs of cracks or breakage and that to me says a lot! Great Product These rings are great! I use them for CrossFit training and find that the portability of this particular product makes working out while traveling so much more convenient. The rings are constructed well and the accompanying straps are easy to adjust and appear safe for larger people. Fast shipment. WOW So I bought this thinking it would rarely be used except for specific Crossfit WOD's. I now use it 4-5 times a week. It makes pushups, pullups, dips & rows twice as hard. I HIGHLY recommend. The setup is easy & holds me without slipping & I weighed 280 when first purchased Cheap and effective...good buy I had been putting off getting rings for awhile now and could have easily made my own while i was stationed in the states. However, now i am overseas and don't have the luxury of making my own, so these worked perfect. Yes they feel cheap a

Affordable, useful equipment
There's been a lot said, both good and bad about these rings.I'd like to say that they are neither the worst thing out there, nor the best. The evaluation of these rings should be based on how you intend to uses them. Specifically, if you are just beginning ring pull-ups, rings dips, false-gripping and trying to get your first muscle-up, then these should work fine. There's no appreciable advantage for getting better quality rings until those activities are mastered. That being said, these rings are not perfect! They don't run or spin like regular rings and you can use the tension on a side of the ring that doesn't spin to help pull yourself up. If you are attempting anything more than basic body weight exercises or a Crossfit-esque incorporation of those exercises, then go ahead and get real rings. Don't use these in a professional gymnasium, do use these in the park or the garage to acquire the basic movement skills, because you can't buy or make these for less than $40. (Include your gas to go to the hardware store, the electricity for the oven to heat the pvc pipe and also pay yourself minimum wage for every second planing, designing, driving, shopping and making the things!) Essential Rings 2.0 win.

Fitness Rings
These rings are amazing. After using them for about a month, my arms are much stronger and I have a much better sense of balance. My friend recommended I get a set of rings and these were perfect. They hang on my pull up bar on my door and are 100% functional. To make the most of it, however, you should have much more free space to play around. I suggest on the first day to try different positions on it and see how that affects your body. I came up with nice alternatives myself. Very sturdy material but I recommend adding some tape to keep sweaty palms from losing grip on the ring itself.

Good rings, cheap straps, bad price ($40)
These rings are extremely basic. They do the job and work with some annoyances. The cheap nylon straps flop around (sometimes in your face) when you work out. These rings cost me $40 and I see how I could make them/they are made for $5. (The straps used are lashing straps sold at harbor freight for about $4) The straps say they are not to be used by people to support their weight. Makes them seem gimmicky. The fact they are well overpriced is the largest detracting element, with the non-human weight bearing straps that get in the way being the second. If they sell for $10-$15 then they would be worth it.

Does the job
I ordered a set of these last year and enjoyed them, but i gave them to a friend, so a month or so ago I ordered another set. I was a bit surprised when I opened the box because they weren't the same thing. The first set I ordered were like the ones in the picture but the second set I ordered came with solid rings and pink cargo straps. Not a big deal, as they do the same thing.

what you see is what you get
i have been on some other gymnastics sites like the more officials ones and let me tell you, getting these rings here is a bargain!!! they do what they say they do and really what more can you ask for? material feels pretty good actually for a good grip. being in the false grip really doesnt bother me all that much compared to using wooden rings. this is a good product

Simple but useful workout tool
These rings are simple, and after you figure out the one working configuration of the ratchet strap, easy to use and adjust. A simpler set of ratchet straps could likely be picked up at a local hardware store for around $5, but overall, not a bad product. I use them 2-3 times a week, and have already probably paid them off just by not having to pay gym fees for a couple months.

Great product!
It works great. My only recommendation is to take a sharpie before you set them up and draw lines every 6" or so that are the same on both straps. So when you go to adjust the straps its easy to make them level. There is some writing on the straps but its not the same for both sets of rings so if you try and use that you'll be off.
