Score study & performance

Unfortunately, I have to admit that even though I consider this the best edition of the works of Chopin, and I love this volume, the score arrived bent with some damage to the cover because of it. I treat my music scores as precious items, and was disappointed to open the packaging and discover that it wasn't wrapped with something to keep it from bending.

This book came scratched, bent, and it seemed as if the animal that packaged the book was eating and having drinks, as the book is filled with food and drink marks. Gross. I’m giving it one star because the system won’t allow less.

The usual quality one expects with the Polish edition of Chopin works.

所謂Paderewski版は、ジェスクの出している日本語版を持っていたのですが、印刷が薄くて見にくいので、これを買いました。日本語版よりも横幅が数ミリ多いです。楽譜は1頁に5段で、多分日本語版と同じなのでしょうが、印刷は遥かに見易いです。Ekier版と違っているところが多々ありますが、聴き慣れた版です。日本語版を買うつもりなら、絶対にこちらを買うべきです。
