I personally like the product, though am disappointed that it only shipped with 100 test strips vs the 200 promised. There is unfortunately no way to contact customer service via the app.

Ok this monitor does work and it works very good. I really like how the app tracks everything and sends me reminders as well. The best way to purchase the membership is to download the app then purchase the membership directly from Dario. I bought my first membership here and had to call Dario to get the rest of my strips and lancets. If you buy direct from them, it will come automatically in the mail.

We have had Dario since March. It is easy to use and a great concept. We purchased the pro 365 out of pocket because insurance doesn’t cover. My daughter loves to use it and it’s easy for her. The test strips are sent with no ordering from our end and arrive on time we never run out. Now my cons are customer service is only M-F 9-5. I keep forgetting to call😳. The unit is made of a light plastic which could break easily ( my daughter is very careful) and the last thing is it doesn’t come with lancets. I guess when I bought the pro plan that i though it would include them but I never received them after my initial order so that being said for the price I think it’s a little expensive for out of pocket. I don’t think it’s worth renewing tho

Said there would be 200 test strips, only shipped 100

The product is amazing. It lets me check my levels whenever I want. However, the first shipment didn’t contain test strips. And now the part of the device that holds the needle and triggers release does not work, which makes the process much more painful.

I was using this device a couple of years ago but then got an iPhone. The new iPhone does not have the ear bud plug which is what I needed to use the meter. I contacted customer service several times to see if they had a solution. I never received a reply from them so I switched to another device. I am seeing that they now offer a meter plug for ios devices. I have searched the Dario website and Amazon website for this item as I still have many test strips and lancets left. It looks like I would have to buy a kit to get the one part I need. Disappointed as I really liked the system.
