When I go on vacation I will be filming with a 360 camera. The problem is the files are extremely large. The tablet that I am using to download the files has a 128 GB capacity. I need more storage space. My solution is to use flash drives. My problem is that the tablet does not have a USB port. I bought this adapter as a solution. It works perfectly. It's USB C connector plugs into my tablet and the other end has 3 female ports. The main one I will be using is the USB A which permits me to insert the flash drive. My tablet is now able to copy files in either direction without a problem.As an added benefit it has the ability to plug-in the charging cable and charge the tablet at the same time I'm using the USB port. In addition I was able to actually plug in a USB C ear phone adapter into its USB C port. Even though this double adapter set up may seem strange it shows the capability and versatility of this adapter. It handled it without a problem.The 3rd port is an HDMI female port. I'm not sure what I would ever use that for. I tried connecting it to my television with an HDMI cable. Even though the television recognized the cable my tablet did not have the capability of doing an HDMI output through its USB C connector. I can't blame the adapter for this. It did what it was supposed to. There just was no signal.For anyone that needs to connect a flash drive to a phone or tablet through a USB C port this is an inexpensive solution and I highly recommend it.

This device is great if you traveling with you switch and want to say plug it into a hotel tv. You do not have to take your dock with you anymore with this device. You will however still need your power brick. The device requires additional power in order to work with the tv or projector. The device has a nice silver finish but the material is very easy to scratch and notice imperfections. It also does get a bit warm when in use. It requires at least wall plug power in order to work. It will not work with batteries or being plugged into a laptop. It will also charge your switch when being plugged in. There is also a usb port as well that can be used to plug in controller and such. The video quality is very good and I would say it is as good as the switch dock. Overall a great product and nice for traveling.

I've recently been playing retro video games on my Android phone with emulators and have noticed my battery draining fast. I also wanted to use a USB gamepad to play because the on-screen buttons on most emulators are too difficult to use. To charge my phone and plug in a controller at the same time, I needed a splitter.This one does the job beautifully! The USB-C port in the splitter passes power to both the phone and to the USB accessory (in this case, my controller). I haven't noticed any lag or overheating while using the splitter. As a bonus, the splitter has an HDMI out port as well, which is really nice for playing old console games like NES or PlayStation on a bigger TV screen. I use it primarily for old video games, but the combination of USB-C for charging, old USB for accessories, and HDMI for display also makes this splitter perfect for someone looking to use their Android phone or tablet as a pocket-sized laptop -- just hook up a keyboard and mouse to the USB port and you're ready to go.

I picked up this usbc hub to use with my mac book and it has worked great for me so far. From watching movies with the hdmi or using a mouse with the usb it has worked great for me so far. I love the design of the dongle and the build quality feels great. I also did not notice much of a drop in charging time if I connected the charger to the usbc port on the dongle instead of straight to the laptop. Overall I think that this is a great buy .

This has been very easy to use for Mac and Samsung products. I was very disappointed to find that this could not be used with a Google Pixel. When I plugged it in to display my phone on the screen it didn’t work. For other devices it seems to work well, though. Just read the compatible device list carefully before buying this to see if your device will work with this.

I purchased the adapter for my Macbook back in April 19 and the product functioned well for several months. Several weeks ago, the HDMI adapter began to fail, and now both USB ports aren't working either. The adapter has no use anymore. I was happy with the product until the malfunctions. I am in contact now with customer service, and I hope they do right and refund or replace my purchase.Update: Manifun has been terrific and responded within days to offer to replace the product. This is fantastic customer service, truly above and beyond. I will be shopping with Manifun from now on, I know I can trust their products.

Well, one of two things must be certain, either the quality of the adapter is low OR and i hope this is true, they've created an AI with moodswings and trapped it inside because all three ports work about half the time, sometimes they all work, sometimes none, sometimes one or 2 but there is no consistency and the guessing game can be pretty annoying. When it does work it works well but its a coin toss...

edge is too sharp, factory need do nicer work on to make it smooth.
