Neulog NUL203 Temperature Logger Sensor, 12 bit ADC Resolution, 100 S/sec Maximum Sample Rate

I bought a Neulog 203 Temperature Logger Sensor which was delivered on 16 June 2023 to my daughter's residence as requested, since I was out of state at the time, but I was only able to open 22 July 2023.The Sensor package is damaged, the sensor probe is damaged (bent) and I am not happy. I expect a replacement. Of all my purchases, this is the first time I am dissatisfied. I expect a VERY SWIFT REPLACEMENT of this sensor.By the way, I had ordered two more and they were delivered on the 20 June and were very much in tack.I expect a VERY SWIFT REPLACEMENT of the Neulog 203 Temperature Logger Sensor.

One nice feature is you can gang together several thermometers and see all the temperatures on one screen and get a log of temperature at several locations.

"Additional accessories, such as USB, Wi-Fi, or battery modules, may be required for operation depending on the device (PC, tablet, viewer, and so on) used to receive readings from the sensor."This is misleading, there is NO way to use this device without using one of the additional accessories. The "plug and play" described earlier requires $50 more accessories.I give it one star only because the description is misleading, I can't comment on the unit's performance.
