This is a well-priced mold that does exactly what it is supposed to. The cubes are easy enough to remove if you push in the center of each cube over a plate. I personally like to run warm water over the back to aid in the ease of release. Great value.

The ice cubes are a nice large size. I use this in addition to a refrigerator ice cube maker which makes enough for only 2 people in the summer.

I loved that you could seal them with a very easy lid! Did not. Like how hard it was to remove the ice cubes. However!!! After using them several times they were easy to remove and I would recommend them to everyone!!!! Just be patient in breaking them in!

Tray broke within first month of using it and return windows closed. Tray leaks inside freezer so you need to chip away ice.UPDATE - the seller sent me a new one free of charge and it is doing good.

My wife and a I have tried multiple sets of ice cube trays, being we live in an apartment and don't have the refrigerator we would like, the search was on to find decent ice cube trays. We have tried the traditional plastic, which bends, cracks, and tends to latch onto the ice cubes, along with the hybrid plastic with silicon bottoms. None were very successful and all quickly found their ways into the trash can. We purchased these and were pleasantly surprised at the ice cube size, as to us the picture makes the cubes appear small, but actually the ice cubes are a decent size (no I haven't measured the ounces). The whole tray is made of silicon so it does have that flimsy feeling when filling with water but the best way to remedy that is use both hands to fill and move to the freezer, not really a big deal. Once the ice is set up, removal is pretty easy compared to other ice trays, the easiest way we remove the ice is to turn the tray upside down and push the cube out. The tray securely holds all the ice cubes so they will not fall out upside down, and takes minimal effort to pop the ice cube out. Overall we are very satisfied with these trays and have stopped our search. In our freezer we can accommodate 4 trays by stacking them 2 by 2, which reminds me I need to order another set.

I loved how most of my cubes turned out.I made a couple of new batches for the ones that were too of foggy, I made new batches.

I enjoy bourbon, Irish & Scotch whiskey, so decided to give making ice spheres a try.I didn't realize the base of this is actually plastic and only the black piece is flexible silicone. The instructions indicate to let the finished ice rest on the counter a few minutes before removing, and I would say in general it's a good idea - directly out of the freezer the mold doesn't release easily, but with come care it's doable without damaging the mold.The only downside I found to this ice mold was a lack of instruction for how much water to add given that water expands when it freezes. However, it seems to be best if you fill the molds all the way up, then just remove the bits of ice that overflow the mold, leaving a fully intact ball of ice.I would consider buying this ice mold again, and now considering other 'fancy' ice molds to add variety to cocktail hour.

Very sad that the first time I use this ice ball mold, it cracks in half! I looked long and hard for an ice ball mold that is half silicone and half plastic for the specific reason that the ALL silicone ones spill too easily and form misshapen balls. Everything about this mold was what I was looking for. Filled easy enough. Held together firmly so no buildup of ice formed in between the ball sections. But what upsets me is after pulling it out of freezer, I let it sit on counter for a few minutes while I removed ice from a different mold and when I picked this one up and started peeling back the silicone part, the plastic snapped right in half!! Very first time I used it. So, needless to say, I am NOT HAPPY!

They are not as big as I was thinking. But they do an excellent job and make it reasonably easy to remove whatever you freeze in them. I like Costco’s Pesto Sauce but can only use it in small quantities. So now I freeze it in these trays, take it out once frozen and keep it in a bag in the freezer, ready for just how much I need. I just use 2 cubes of pesto instead of one.

These do the job. Having a lid is really great for sticking in the freezer, especially if they are in a freezer that also has other stuff....food etc. and may get moved around before the water totally freezes. Cubes pop out easily.

I like the size of the ice cube tray. But the silicone is way too thick… It’s impossible to get the ice cubes out. Unless you run it under boiling water. The tray is too thick. It’s frustrating

Me gustó mucho. Los hielos salen muy grandes y eso hace que no se derritan rápido en las bebidas. Lo único malo es que cuesta mucho trabajo sacarlos del molde...
