The sturdy 3-point base provides stability on any surface. Take them with you on the go for training in open spaces, using the carry handle. Hurdles can be adjusted to several different heights and come in 5 sizes for a wide variety of training options. Use them for lateral and over/under drills to improve your agility and range of motion. Squats, lunges, speed jumping and more are all great uses for Smart Hurdles. Choose from 6-inch hurdles up to 27-42-in adjustable hurdles. After your workout, simply fold support legs flat for storage.

6", Non-Adjustable Hurdles
These a good for lateral jumps, single leg jumps, etc. This particular 6" set of 6 hurdles are not adjustable but they are very functional. Be sure to only jump from the side where the leg extends to the side without the leg. This way the hurdle will tip if you hit it, instead of breaking it you hit it. Some of the smart hurdles adjust and they are potentially more functional with this flexibility, but they are also a lot more expensive. I like that these come in a very compact, folded form and they store that way when not in use.

Great for agility training!
My grandson's love the hurdles! I gave them the hurdles as well as other agility course items for their birthday. They are very good at soccer and baseball. These seemed right up their alley!
