Nature's Earthly Choice - Organic Italian Pearled Farro - 14 oz.

I have been using Farro in my diet for more than 5 years, and I am happy with the brand Nature's Earthly Choice, It is organic, cooks fast and tastes great

I like the versatility of farro and this is my preferred brand. Local store stopped carrying it so had to turn to Amazon.

To me, this is the best-tasting farro. It cooks really well (I learned to take the extra step of rinsing the farro before cooking) and I add a bay leaf to the boiling water and farro when cooking. I just wish this farro brand were easier to find in stores, and it is expensive. But oh so good!

I actually mix it with jasmine and wild rice. Nice flavor/texture combo.

Finally found it locally, but this was my first time to try Farro. It is a lot like rice but a heartier grain than even brown rice. It tastes great. It is easy to prepare, and it is better for you than most types of rice. Both my husband and I like it a lot.

I liked that this grain cooks faster than the usual grain seeds. So somedays I am in a hurry and add boiling water to my crockpot which is already warming up and put some Farro, rolled oats, cream of buckwheat.
