....and very well made! Exactly what I was looking for. Excellent cloth sheathing and shielding on cable as well, making it less tangle free (not as much looping as with rubber sheathing!. I've been buying more and more of this brand's products for a while now, all with pretty good results! I highly recommend,....especially for the price!

Extremely cheap ends that broke on literally the first use. Do not buy

After trying a competitor's cord which broke when I pulled it, apparently, a little too hard. :) I had a feeling durability was going to be an issue when I opened that first one. When I received this cable I was excited to see it felt more durable. I installed it (ran it through some cable channels around a room) and had no problems. So far it's doing exactly what it's supposed to do and I can't ask more than that. It's thin and pliable without being too thin and cheap feeling. Worth the money. Moreover, I got a nice little bonus in my package: a matching iPhone cable which, as it turned out, was something we needed! So far it has worked well too and I will be buying those from this source now, too. That's how they get you: the first one's free. :)

I bought a pair of headphones online and once I got them and gave them a listen -even before they had a chance to "burn in" for all you audio snobs, I was quite happy with. The only thing was that I sometimes watch movies late at night when everyone else is sleeping and needed a cord long enough to reach the couch from my stereo. The stock headphone cable, just... quite... didn't make the distance. I do not need another rechargeable device that goes dead just when I want it most (a'la bluetooth) and I was not about to return the headphones and jump back into comparison shopping HELL so I decided to get an extension cable. This one seems of good quality and does the job I need it to quite nicely. Keep the volume at a reasonable level though kids!

I needed a decent female AUX for a project. Glad to say that these did not dissapoint. Here's the gist of all my observations:The Good:Looks good. The subtle blue in the braided cable along with the dark metal finish looks really cool.They are super durable as I found out while cutting into the cableThe Metal heads (both on the male and female side) can be unscrewed if you want to replace them with better ones as shown in my picturesThe Bad:My only complaint is that product picture 5 showing the cross section of the cable is incorrect. There aren't 3 different rubber insulated wires as portrayed by the picture, the foil shield and braid shield together form the 3rd wire (shown in my uploaded pictures). This is a good way to cut down manufacturing price and cable thickness, however, it also means that if you're going to use these cables in a studio environment, they will be susceptible to noise from electromagnetic radiation. However I'm not going to knock off a star for this just because they're perfect for my needs and they are relatively cheap for what they are. Just be aware that these aren't going to be the best cables out there for Audiophiles.

I had the 25 foot Amazon basics cord that was black rubber. it was a nightmare it got all tangled up and even after straightening it would have tangle memory and re tangle. It then stopped working. THIS cord has a fabric casing and is much stiffer . This cord would not roll up as small for travel like the rubber coated one but is better for stationary use.

I hook the cord up to my Fire TV when I want to totally hear my tv. My neighbors are loud at times and I live half a block from the train tracks--it blasts its horns for several intersections. More than once have lost what was said on tv because of this. The Aux Extension cable helps block out everything. The only thing I notice is an airless "hiss" when I hook it up. I hardly notice it when audio is playing.

Edit: Cat approved. As you can imagine, dragging around any long cable attracts quite a bit of feline attention, in fact that's why I had to order this one. They keep batting at it and gnawing on it and it's as good as new.As soon as I received this cable, I unspooled and tested it. The braiding keeps it from tangling or crimping even when I tested by just trying to shake and pull it out, so I expect they'll last. I don't mind the extra weight. Sound quality is great, I can't detect a difference swapping back and forth vs just the 4' cable, though I'm not audiophile. No hum or hiss picked up or volume dropoff though, as good as you can ask for a long unshielded cable.

Casi excelente, solo que el plug debes alejarlo de los niños o personas que le dan el jalón al plug al desconectarlo o que no le dan holgura al conectarlo al dispositivo, y terminan por des-alinearlo de su diseño recto, y termina perdiendo su hechura recta del plug. Consejo para evitar esta precisión o que gente te rompa el plug: conéctalo y desconéctalo como un pétalo de rosa, y dale holgura al cable (evita torcido o forzarlo del ensamble plug-cable para que evites romperlo en la parte del ensamble, y el cable te durará por mucho tiempo! Soy perfeccionista y te opino por otros cables que destruí o me destruyeron por no tener estos cuidados. Saludos a todos.
