I've been to a few pilates classes where bands have been used and have really felt the benefit so wanted to invest in some myself and use them at home. Really happy with this kit, it covers everything you could need with a variety of different strength bands depending on the exercise and intensity you require at that time. They feel well made, strong enough to withstand many many exercise routines. The kit comes with a clear set of exercise suggestions which is a great little extra. Overall great value for money.

Ok so I finally bought this . It was almost a month unused as I didn’t know where to start with them . I open once at put it away and didn’t look at the leaflet. And i was wrong finally i open it again and said to my self this is the time i must to start somewhere. And there where leaflet what todo shows lots exercises. And it is easy to use. The ropes has a different strength so even fir me was a rope with 20lb and after exercising I didn’t feel totally bad. I like the door anchor really goid exercise for the bump.So if you think like me it will be hard to use . Just get it . It has 5 different stench 20,25,30,35 and 40 lb and very comfortable grips . And it has a bag to store it. Definitely is worth to buy.

Just opened these resistance bands up and I am very pleased. Even the very basic moves I started with show these will be invaluable in my home gym set up. There appears to be a high level of exercises on offer here however I got them to try and replicate the cable machines offered at my works gym. So things like tricep press down, single arm bicep curls, chest flyes, rear delt flyes, are all catered for. I'm looking forward to my next workout, where I will start with conventional weights and then use these bands as volume training to increase the "pump" and blood flow. I believe these will also help in warming up as I'm getting on and can't just jump straight in. Not sure if they will help, however I think they will be useful for assisted chin ups which is a weak area for me.Definitely worth the money, seem like they will last and won't break but it's still early days!!

Overwhelmed with the amount of stuff that comes with this workout equipment considering how cheap it is. Comes with 5 different sets of resistance bands which are different in strength. All the bands are labelled with the weights they replicate so it’s great to add into a workout routine. The carry bag is big enough to put all the gear into and take with you, great if you’re on the go or need it easily stored without losing the items. My favourite are the door straps. It’s simple as putting the door strap behind the door, closing the door and adding the resistant bands onto the anchor. Takes seconds to set up but can give your hours of great workouts. Also comes with an exercise sheet showing you all the different exercises you can do for different body parts. Great workout kit that will be used as my regular home workout routine. No need to store big heavy weights when you can have this.

I do a lot of workouts in my garage and after reading up on the benefits of resistance bands over barbells though I'd invest in some. These bands seemed to offer a wide range of resistance (from very light to very heavy) for a really good price.The bands themselves seem very good quality. They are covered in a material that I feel will keep them lasting for a long time. They are colour coded, but also have a label on them that states the resistance of each band.In addition to the bands, you get a number of attachments. The handles are perfect for things like Bicep Curls, Lateral Raises, Pull Downs, etc. The ankle clip is great for Leg Raises and Lateral Leg Raises.All in all I'm very happy and would recommend this for people looking to exercise at home or on the go.

All the equipment comes individually bagged. The bands are nicely protected by an outer sheath which will prolong their use. My only criticism is the size of the hand grips. Really too small for large hands. The strap rubs on the skin and becomes irritating. Fortunately I saved the grips from my previous bands made by Bodylastics. These are larger and more sturdy to use. Apart from that, a nice product. I look forward to seeing how long the bands last after constant use.

New Year Revolution start exercising to have a good habit.This Exercise resistant band set is specially for my husband.It cover arm muscles, shoulder muscles, abdominal muscles, chest muscles and legs muscles. It comes with an instruction so you don’t have to worry don’t know what or how to use it.Some of the exercise needs the use of a door and yoga ball or chair. The ankle straps and foam cover handle are very soft so when you using it you won’t feel rough. Only the door anchor seems a bit small but I assume it will take the weight. So far nothing to complain, seems very good quality.My husband is still learning all the move but he is starting to get fitter already , loves the muscles, sexy💪

I decided to buy these after using similar ones during rehab for a shoulder injury. They are great! Very versatile - I take them away with me whilst travelling with work, and can get a decent conditioning circuit done no problems.I really like the way that you can combine the bands together - which are all different tension values, to get the right resistance you need. I’ve taken one star away from the ‘Easy to Use’ section as the carabiner clips are stiff sometimes and can remain ajar... not a massive issue though.I definitely recommended these for rehab, strength, conditioning and stability control. I’ve actually started taking these u to o the gym with me so I can get what I need to do done, despite the gym being busy!

Son las terceras que tengo y estas son las que más me convencen por su resistencia, acabados y materiales. No tiene pinta que se vayan a romper tan fácil como las anteriores.Muy completas, ya que vienen con dos enganches para las puertas, dos agarres y dos tobilleras.Ocupan poco así que es genial para llevar de viaje y seguir entrenando todo el cuerpo.

Ich habe die Bänder besorgt um zu Hause zu trainieren.Das Set ist aus sehr hochwertigem Material, und ich habe es bis jetzt genossen. Ich gehe bereits ins Fitnessstudio wollte trotzdem die Bänder bei mir zuhause haben falls man nicht so viel Lust hat raus zu gehen aber trotzdem paar Übungen machen.Es sind 5 Bänder in unterschiedlichen Farben. Man kann sie prima benutzen um zu Hause etwas Gymnastik zu machen.Das Beste an Widerstandsbändern ist ihre bemerkenswerte Vielseitigkeit. Es gibt buchstäblich Hunderte von Übungen, die mit ihnen durchgeführt werden können. Unabhängig von Ihrem Fitness-niveau sind diese Widerstandsbänder die Investition wert, wenn Bewegung ein wichtiger Teil Ihres Lebens ist.Qualität / Verarbeitung wirklich sehr gut.Die Bänder sind bei mir fast jeden Tag im Einsatz und sind echt robust.Klare Kaufempfehlung von mir !

Habe mir das Set bestellt um zu Hause noch effektiver trainieren zu können. Es macht einen sehr hochwertigen Eindruck. Es ist wichtig beim einklemmen in der Tür, in die Richtung entgegengesetzt der Türöffnung zu arbeiten da schon eine hohe Zugkraft möglich ist. Geliefert wird es in einem praktischen Beutel perfekt zum mitnehmen.... Eine kleine Anleitung ist auch dabei.

Fantásticas bandas Elásticas para hacer ejercicio en casa. Primero hablar de la buena calidad que son, ya que es de muy buena calidad y no se van a romper ni a dañar por usarlas mucho. Vienen muchos accesorios como distintas bandas elásticas de distintos tamaños, dos asas para poder agarrar bien las bandas, dos soportes para poder anclar las bandas en la puerta con total seguridad, también agarraderas para las piernas. Con estas bandas elásticas puedes entrenar todo tu cuerpo, brazos, piernas, hombros, espalda, etc.. También viene una guía de los distintos ejercicios que puedes hacer, sin duda un pack muy completo para entrenar en casa.

Lo adquirí para regalo y su calidad no pasa desapercibida. La presentación consiste en una bolsa de tamaño medio donde cada goma, agarre y soporte viene precintado de manera separada. La goma está recubierta con una malla protectora, de ahí su aspecto rugoso, pero sin duda alguna, lo más sobresaliente y de 10 es la protección de goma que une los mosquetones con la banda de resistencia.En La Bolsa encontrarás agarres de manos, enganches para ejercitar las piernas y tope de puertas para poder ubicar si es agarre alto, medio o inferior. Son 5 gomas elásticas de diferente dureza. Vienen con 2 manguitos para agarrar con mayor comidad y seguridad para determinados ejercicios, también se incluyen dos cintas para tobillos y dos topes para poder usar la puerta como anclaje para poder realizar un entrenamiento más completo. También viene un manual donde aparecen varias tablas de ejercicios.La verdad que el entrenamiento con las gomas es muy cómodo porque no tienes ni que moverte de casa ni que andar manejando pesos, ni necesitas mucho espacio ni más material.

Hace unos días me llego esté pack de gomas elásticas, y me han encantado para ejercitarme en casa esos días que no es posible ir al gimnasio. En el pack por menos de 30€, me ha venido 5 gomas elásticas, cada una de un color y una fuerza distinta (cada una cuesta más o menos tirar de ella), también incluyen dos enganches para las puertas, dos agarres y dos tobilleras. Con lo que es posible ejercitar todo el cuerpo: Biceps, Triceps, dorsales, pecho y piernas. Además en el pack viene una bolsa para guardarlo todo y tambien una tabla con representaciones gráficas con todos los ejercicios que te permiten hacer las gomas.A ponerse fino para el veranito!! :)

Lo que más me ha gustado del pack ha sido la calidad de las bandas, tienen muy buen material l y la diferencia de resistencias, que ayuda a la hora de realizar diferentes ejercicios según mi nivel y fuerza. Sin duda para mí, que me los he comprado para hacer ejercicio en casa, es perfecto el enganche para la puerta ya que no cuento en casa con otros enchanches en altura para los ejercicios.

Il prodotto devo dire è apparso subito di ottima qualità e ben organizzato. Diverse fasce elastiche, ognuna di un colore diverso e ognuna che corrisponde a un diverso speso specifico. Se ha la possibilità di utilizzare più fascie per volta in modo da aumentare il carico la resistenza per ottenere uno sforzo Maggiore. All'interno anche una scheda dove sono illustrati diversi esercizi che si possono eseguire. Praticamente si può lavorare in modo intenso ed ottimale tutto il corpo. Al momento sono più che soddisfatto.

Tenía ganas ya de adquirir unas cintas de este tipo para poder realizar ejercicio en casa, pero siempre tenía el problema de no tener ningún lugar donde agarrarlo que fuera resistente. Ahora, con las cintas (5 de distintas intensidades), los agarres para la mano y los enganches para el marco de la puerta, puedo realizar muchos ejercicios de los que queria.Calidad de las cintas muy buena!!

Ich habe mir die Bänder gekauft, da ein Freund von mir die selben hat und damit wirklich zufrieden ist.Die Bänder kommen in einem schwarzen Beutel geliefert, in dem alles drin ist, was man braucht. Ich nutze nur das Klemmteil für die Tür.Nach dem ersten Training hab ich gleich Muskelkater bekommen, da ich mich erst mal überschätzt habe.Es wird ein Zettel mitgeliefert auf dem verschiedene Übungen abgebildet sind. Über YT findet man aber auch eine Menge Übungen, die dann noch genau erklärt werden, das würde ich auf jeden Fall empfehlen, da die Bewegungsabläufe besser zu sehen sind.Auch wenn es erst mal einfach erscheint würde ich mit niedrigeren Widerständen anfangen.

Bänder seit 8 Wochen regelmäßig in Gebrauch.Etwas umständlich ist die Ummantelung bei der längeneinstellung, wenn man sich drauf stellt... also bis man auf beiden Seiten gleich viel zieht. Aber mit Übung geht das zu 90% ohne viel Zeitverlust gut. Man verliert manchmal ein paar Sekunden im Wechsel wenn man erstmal ausprobieren muss, ob man richtig steht.. deswegen 1 Stern Abzug.Zubehör ist mega!Das Wechseln oder Ergänzen der Bänder ist echt einfach und praktisch!Klare Kaufempfehlung!

Il prodotto si presenta ben confezionato. Il kit è modulabile e orientabile a seconda delle tipologie di allenamento che si vogliono effettuare.Personalmente lo preferisco per il training degli arti inferiori perché riesco a far bene squat ed altri tipi di esercizi per le gambe con resistenza sopratutto in viaggio visto che occupa poco spazio in valigia!Penso sia importante sottolineare che i materiali utilizzati in questo kit sono eccellenti, rifiniti in ogni dettaglio.Inoltre bisogna dire che i diversi colori delle fasce di resistenza rendono utile l'adattamento delle stesse all'allenamento e il cambio di intensità intuitivo.Le maniglie hanno una presa salda e comoda, non c'è bisogno di usare i guanti da bodybuilding per evitare i fastidiosi "calli da esercizio".Sono davvero soddisfatto e consiglio questo prodotto

Veramente la palestra in casa ...si possono allenare tutte le facie muscolari , sono estremamente contenta ...il pacco e arrivato in tempo ed ovviamente contenute tutto il descritto... purtroppo in questo momento in cui si deve stare in casa ( covid19 ) per il bene di tutti noi questi "attrezzi" sono veramente un punto di sfogo e devo dire pure di contentezza 😊Raccomando vivamente!!!
