Heavy duty and easy to use
This cart works great up and down the stairs. Wheels and frame are heavy duty. I had a problem with the shipper and their customer service took care of it quickly to my great satisfaction. I would recommend this for anyone who needs to move heavy, bulky boxes around, like during the holidays for example.

A STAIR CONQUERER!
The packing list noted there were 4 washers but there were only 2. The directions called for 4. Luckily I had some in my tool shed. Once assembled this thing really works! We bought a new house and there is an outside staircase to the lower level. I fretted about getting my art studio (close to 100 boxes) down those stairs but this product makes it so easy. Even fully loaded it makes going down stairs a much simpler task. Getting things upstairs is is way easier too, the twirling and rotating wheel assembly works in your favor. Highly recommended!

Worked well moving multiple boxes at one time
Worked very well for moving multiple medium sized boxes of scrap wire out of my basement! The hand cart cornered well while rolling around furniture, and went up steps with a mild ease. I did have the cart loaded close to its weight limit so I glad I only had a few steps to go up using the basement entrance of my home. The only thing negative I have to say is that the handle sticks a little while expanding and retracting it. Plus the handle cushion is made of a cheap quality foam pad that will start ripping after a few heavy uses. Other than that it's a handy little cart to have for moving multiple boxes at one time.

Not happy
The handle grip is squared not round the metal framing is not tubular but squared. Not very comfortable on your hand even though it does have rubber wrap around handle. It does not turn easily. But I think the most disappointing part is it does not go up the stairs easily at all. It bumps on every step, it hits every step hard nothing smooth about this at all. We needed it for more sensitive use. I really have no use for it, I already own a few hand trucks that bump on the stairs, I did not need another one.

Awesome Cart for stairs
I had a cheaper version that my wife got me, from one of the Shopping Networks. This one far exceeds that one, I work in IT and have to take computers to sites. At times there are stairs and when you have 4 monitor, computers and accessories, that adds up you want to make the least amount of trips you can, lol!Yes this one is all metal and the wheels are hard rubber. You will need to mess with the wheels and find your "sweet spot" of not too loose and not to tight for going up stairs.

Don’t waste your money
It doesn’t work properly on the stairs

Sturdy, handles loads and climbs stairs great!
This was heavier than what I planned for the use of going up and down stairs daily. The company was great to work with. I gifted this to a friend who has been able to use this for so many things and they love it. Heavy duty and very compact for storage in the coat closet. They have used to move heavy boxes and lighter weight furniture. It weighs about 18 lbs. and is very sturdy!

The quality is not good
The packaging and shipping was good. But the quality was not. I fould the factory did not install a ball bearing into one of the wheels. And the second ball bearing got frozen and could not spin. I had to buy 2 replacements 6200zz in eBay for $6. Later extracted and installed them into the wheel. Now new ball bearings spin better than original ones. Overall the cart is good, but quality is low.
