Item not as pictured
Product is adjustable, does spin 360. But item is not as pictured. Metal is not silver it is all black... and while it currently stays together the only part that is actually securely attached is the seat to the rod.

Don't buy cheap trash
The screws don't fit into the stool seat. It's complete garbage -- arrived USED.
