Very effective to improve the speed and concentration on training. It looks so simple to hit the ball, but really difficult to do. But, improves with more practice. It's fun to do at home wherever I am free.

I bought this item because it looks fun and I was overconfident about my reflexes... but it actually took me about an hour to get the hang of it, on a lower level... and a couple days to get pretty decent at it. This will definitely test your reflexes, along with your hand and eye coordination. I'm convinced it also improves your speed and does absolutely nothing for your strength. It's definitely fun and actually a really good workout, but I get the most enjoyment just letting other people try it out.

My husband is a work out king, he loves keeping busy and enjoys things that will keep him fit but also busy. I got this for his bday and he spends hours using it, coming up with different ways to work on his hand eye coordination. I have even used it and it is pretty addicting to use, you just want to keep going!

Several of my training partners recently purchased these training balls and tried them. I found this product on Amazon. I thought this price looked good and the results were really satisfying. (For example, when you punch a hole, it often does not fly away at random angles). I can't honestly say that I use safety glasses, but they feel good, I'm sure they will be useful (maybe glasses are a good idea if the kids are using them). It's packed very well and the box looks good, so I will definitely buy some of it for filling stuff next month.

I play ice hockey and I play at the goalie position and my weakness has always been my hand saves (glove and blocker saves) I couldn't find any tennis ball drills or any drills for that matter that could help me significantly with my hand saves. so I started looking for something new that could help me, and then I came across this. this was a game-changer this is absolutely not just for boxers if you are an ice hockey goalie having trouble with your hand saves this is unbelievably helpful

Nicely packaged in the storage box. Easy to use and safe to play. Sometimes it hit my face but did not hurt me at all.

The balls are nice and soft, but also a decent weight. It's not too light. It sometimes hit my face but never hurt me. I usually use it half an hour a day to relax the muscle. Love it.

I've been playing with it for several weeks. It actually helped me lose weight at home. That is so convenient. Highly recommended
