I have suffered with rosacea on my nose for about 20 years and have tried everything the dermatologist gave me. I had pustules and papule that I would try to squeeze everyday and used all the makeups to try and cover. The Metrogel dermatologist prescribed was the worst. I was taking a Doxycycline everyday in addition to the topical medications.I am a retired RN so I know a thing or two about medications and I strongly doubted it would work but I was desperate with the summer coming on. AnywayI started using Prosacea after I washed and I was shocked that it cleared my skin within a week. I have never been happier about a product.

Firstly, I’m SO SORRY I didn’t take before and after photos! This stuff WORKS!I received it on February 19th and began using it that evening. I had very inflamed skin, with the zits/pustules around my mouth and nose, redness in the butterfly area as well as my chin and mouth, and then dry, scaly skin (every morning) with quite a bit of pain. I had been trying home remedies first (as always), and was about to make an appointment with a dermatologist when I made one final attempt to find something that would at least help alleviate some symptoms in the meantime.Saw the before and after photos for Prosacea and thought I’d try it. I read the ingredients for red flag additives (none for me) and instructions, and decided to couple this with a very little bit of my favorite moisturizing pure almond oil (after the topical gel dries), because it does dry you out a little. I eventually added a secondary topical of hyaluronic acid between the Prosacea and almond oil for the daytime, and swapped for rose hip oil in the evening.I also stopped scrubbing and exfoliating my face (I was only doing this once a week), and just use an olive oil/linseed oil based soap with my hands before application of Prosacea, etc. *all of these I researched on my own for my skin type and supposed issue*It has been a month in total (almost to the day), but I can say I will happily keep this stuff around in case of other flare ups (I didn’t even use a whole tube in a month’s time). My skin is almost 100% CLEAR, and the other moisturizers are now part of a daily care routine. LOVE PROSACEA!!

This stuff is working really well thus far, glad I tried it. Heres to hoping it continues to clear up my Rosacea.

I see great results for just one application. I just spread it where I need it. I'm not going to smell it bc I didn't purchase this stuff for smelling. I've got a problem and this stuff works. I'm just so glad that it's working for me! Also glad it's clear!Well it's back and my face is all dried out and itches like crazy 😧 not sure what happened bc I used it as directed and it's drying out my face but the red is back 😔

Took the unopened package to my doctor to ask if it would actually work for Rosacea, as stated in the ad and on the box, and after she looked at the ingredients of the Prosacea, she stated that it was worthless for Rosacea and prescribed me something that would actually help. So needless to say, I am returning this.

This is the first ointment that ACTUALLY worked for me. All the others I tried seemed like their main purpose was to mask it with tinted make-up. As a guy who doesn't normally wear makeup like that, it was more of a hassle to figure out how to properly smooth out the cakey makeup (which would hide the redness, sure), but never felt like it was actually improving and tackling the redness. This Prosacea ointment is clear (admittedly, does have a strong odor), but it's totally worth it because my skin has improved. I don't need to cover anything now because my skin is clear, even when I'm not applying this. I applied once in the morning and saw dramatic results within 3 days. Will keep using it since I'm not noting any irritation, in fact...I feel like my skin looks way healthier now. I really hope this continues to work and is available to purchase for as long as I need it.
