Thank you AAA PCs I received my laptop in good condition, in a squeaky clean condition and it is what I wasnt expecting and more in terms of sleekness , the fine touch to the palm, I just love the laptop soo much. You surpassed my expectations, though the late delivery but it was good in the end. The only downside is the battery life, not soo good for me (3hrs) but I can work with that. I would recommend anyone to buy from AAA PCs , they stick to their promise, I had paid for an expedited shipping and there was a little delay, they refunded my expedited fee back. Thank you Amazon too. I just love the TYPE C charging port, where I can charge with my phone charger. That's a game changer for me, goodbye to moving around with long bulgy cables.🤠🤠🤠🤠

I hadn't purchased a referbished laptop before, but considering cost and reasonable online reviews about referbished electronics, I decided to try this out. I purchased one referbished laptop (Lenovo) but returned it only because it didn't have a thunderbolt 3 port. Then I purchased this HP Elite from this seller. It arrived today. Garett was very responsive same day, assisted by answering my questions regarding a minor item, and took the time to truly give me great customer service (customer service is huge with me; it tells me a lot about the integrity of the seller and company). The laptop is great and running well from what I can tell. Absolutely would considering purchasing from this seller again in the future!

I purchased a laptop from this company for $265.11. Unfortunately, the laptop started malfunctioning within the warranty period. It was in terrible condition, but as a college student needing it for school, I had no choice but to use it. Eventually, it completely stopped working, and I couldn't even turn it on.I decided to return the laptop for a refund, hoping to recover my hard-earned money. However, the company's response was disheartening. They refunded me a mere $0.01, which feels like a total scam. I can't believe they would treat a customer this way.The laptop's issues were severe, and I wish I could provide more specific details about what went wrong, but it was just a complete disappointment overall. I reached out to their customer service, but the response was unhelpful and unsympathetic.As a college student, every penny matters to me, and I worked diligently to save up for that laptop. To receive such a negligible refund is not only unfair but also insulting. It feels like they took both the laptop and my money.I want to warn others about this company's questionable practices. Please be cautious and think twice before purchasing anything from them. I'm still in need of a reliable laptop for my studies, so I'll have to start the search all over again, which is incredibly frustrating.

Laptop came in dirty. Renewed I thought it would come in cleaned. Little dirty spots of residue and sticky spots. They didn't even bother to clean the sticker they removed from the bottom of the laptop. Image does not match the picture shown referring to the screen. Image has a slick appears all glass screen. Mine came in with plastic all around screen with plastic camera cover on top. No major damage. 1-2 inch scratch on bottom of laptop. Hinge does seem to be a little off center hope that doesn't fail in the future. Other than that specs seem to be correct. Inside computer does not seem to be tampered with but I did not completely remove the motherboard. Computer works good. 3 stars for dirty computer and different looking laptop in image than what I received.

This laptop is amazing so far! Looks brand new, no scratches, no signs of use. It is very fast and loads/downloads all of my work software easily. I use a similar model (G9) for my other remote job and saw how efficient these are. I was so happy that this one is so close in performance! I love it! It was packaged safely and shipment was quick thanks to Prime. I also was glad that it came with Windows 10 Pro so no extra fees or money spent to upgrade 😩🙌🏽🙌🏽

Solid Product, functions as required, can upgrade memory to 32GB for under $100, upgraded the M.2 to 1TB for under $100.Wasn't too stoked on having to configure the language, and keyboard from UK to US, but it wasn't that hard. The machine is a quad core beast! Not a gaming laptop, but it does everything for long battery life and travel.

This is the second product (same partnumber) I bought within the month. The first was perfect...no issues. The second, just came today (have not powered yet) has a warped cover and bottom case has a small opening. Not sure how to contact supplier.
