The $25.00 price tag you see are usually for snapback hats, they are adjustable in the back of the hat. Pro-Fit or Flex-Fit hats come in different sizes and you have to know the size of your head, the are not ajustable. And usually start off with the price of 25.00 and higher.

Yes it does, if you have a smaller sized head the top of the hat doesn't touch the top of your scalp.
