Good option for sunscreen
It's pretty good other than a bit snug for guys, but it stretches so not that big of deal. If you have huge forearms like an NFL linesman, then you probably need to get a custom fitted for one of these. It only takes a short couple of minutes before you can swing without knowing it's on. It's not at all restrictive. The material doesn't seem to hold heat, but it would probably be cooler during hot days to take it off. Every time I put it on, I am surprised that it feels cooler than without it, but I may be imagining this. Not sure. You can moisten it with water to use the cooling effect of evaporation to emulate sweat on skin. That worked a little. It seemed to repel sunlight enough to work as well as or better than my spf55 sunscreen. I don't think the material will be able to withstand any abuse, so I would be careful about searching for golf balls in the bushes. One small dry twig brushing against your arm will probably ruin it. I like the product. Too bad in today's world it would look stupid to have one to wear on the legs with shorts. Then I would only need to use sunscreen on my face.

One Size Does Fit All! Great Product
I am pretty thin, I am 5'7" and weigh in at 123 pounds.. I was worried that with the one-size-fits-all sizing that the sleeves would be too big. I bought them based on a recommendation of a friend.Yesterday I rode my bicycle over 40 miles in very warm temps in AZ with friends and three of us had these on. One was a pretty large guy, the other a medium size woman and then of course there was me. All three of us found them comfortable and they did not slip and they had theirs for several months already. After the ride they washed up well and are still snug. These do not have seams, stay in place and are a nice length. They really do the trick, are very comfortable and are very reasonably priced. I sent out this product connection to several of my bicycle club friends and several of them are ordering them. A few of them are also pickle ball players and are going to use them for that as well. I also just placed an order today for the two pack. I'm sold!

Would buy again, recommended if they had a bigger size.
So I started wearing these since the previous brand I bought were lost somewhere. I like this brand better than the one's I had even though the other brand was just as thin. They do feel cool when wearing and do not feel hot when out on the sun. I rather wear this than sun screen, sun block doesn't really help me anyway.Update: After wearing this various times i have realized they are way too tight. The fabric feels good and they are very cool. But due to them being tight my arms begin to hurt due to the compression at the biceps. Wish they had a slightly bigger size.

Good but unfortunately not for my fat arms!
I bought this sleeve for wicking, not for compression, as the inside of my elbows sweat when I work out. I needed something to wick away the moisture to prevent rash. For this purpose, this sleeve worked well. However, the "one size fits most" must not apply to Americans! Granted I have fat arms, but I can't imagine how a guy can even get this past his elbows! The band at the top may be 5" D when stretched, which means it SHOULD be good for an upper arms circumference up to 15.7". It isn't. Unstretched, the 3" D will fit ~ 9.5" C comfortably. The top band has a strong elastic, so IMO it will cut into your arm (ow!) if it's over 11" above your elbow. I've tried to stretch them out to be comfortable on my 12" arms but so far no luck. I've worn them and suffered. The quality of this sleeve overall seems to be very good. I like the way it was constructed with the stretchiness woven in instead of stitched on. No inside seams. I just wish they would make them in larger sizes! (Note: the N-rit name is woven into the sleeve about mid-forearm, not at the wrist as shown.)Since then I've ordered 3 other arm sleeves from Amazon. The Highloong Copper Compression sleeve is wider at the top (5.25"D unstretched) and fits comfortably. The 1" elastic looks like it will wear well. However, this sleeve did not wick up moisture.I finally settled on the Sumkica Elastic Sports Arm Sleeve, which has a 5"D at the top. It feels lightweight and doesn't seem to have any additional elastic at the top, so it might not stay up for intense activities or workouts. But it wicks well! I really liked that it doesn't have compression and thus is soft and light. For my stated purpose and big arms, this one worked best!(Photo shows N-Rit as the narrowest, then the Sumkica, then the Highloong.)

They really work!
LOVE them. Got both the N-Rit and Aegend sleeves. Both fit great and I would buy again. I have worn them on cloudy, humid days, 97 degree days in the Nevada desert, and hot, humid days of the Midwest. Both definitely keep the sun blocked, and IMHO, keep my arms feeling cooler than just bare skin. I was worried about the length as my shirt measures 37" sleeves.. Both were long enough to stretch from wrist to under the sleeves of my T-shirt or golf shirt. Only difference is that the N-Rit sleeves are slightly ribbed and look more "cotton-like" finish. The Aegend sleeves are smoother and more synthetic looking. Could care less about the looks, as long as they work...and they do. Personally, I like not having to put the chemicals on my skin for sunscreen. Bonus was how they keep the arms from not only feeling hot, but actually cooler than without them.

Uncomfortable
When I tried them on, I found they were much too tight on the upper part of my arms. I would not be able to wear them playing golf...much too uncomfortable.
