Everything you need
This thing holds 200lbs of sand and doesn't leave dust or debris. I am 6' 2" and have dropped it repeatedly from shoulder height and all the seems are still tight and totally solid. The fit of the sand is ideal, making it firm (closer to an atlas stone) and easier to pick up off the ground. It allows a little give to compress when carrying also. The only markings on it are "200 lbs" in white letters which is nice if you have multiple black bags. Perfect bag, you will like it.. if you can lift it.

A-- KICKING WORKOUTS
This thing is great for HIIT or strongman style workouts. Just doing some ground to shoulders for sets or carrying it around for a short distance is a good challenge. If you're new, be sure to look up form videos so you do it right (try Brian Alsruhe - Sandbag Training). As with most things in weightlifting, it's safer to start with a lighter weight to get a feel for it and work your way up. You can add or remove filling from this bag, but it's kind of a pain (even with smaller filler bags). Having a couple different size heavy bags is much more convenient.I filled this bag with ~140 lbs of pea gravel. It could probably hold a little more but it would really be stuffed. (I like pea gravel more than sand because I think it moves better and is easier to get a grip on.) I've also put a few short lengths of chain in the bag to get it up to ~160 lbs. That worked fine but the chains will settle to the bottom of the bag. (Just flip the bag over and do a few sets like that and it'll work back to the other side.) Any metal you put in the bag will get scuffed up, so probably avoid anything that would rust.Personally, I try to avoid dropping the bag from shoulder or chest height. I just lower it quickly but under control down my body back to my lap, then set it down from there. That way there's much less impact on it. It might not look as cool, and it takes a bit more energy, but I want this thing to last a long time. I also prefer to use it on grass or a rubber mat or something like that if possible.I do have to store this bag outside under a roof. I sprayed it with a good canvas waterproofing spray, and it shows no signs of mildew or degradation. I'll repeat the procedure every few months or so.I've lifted weights for several years now, but most objects in real life aren't well balanced with a convenient 1" handle. Strongman implements are great for strength training variety. (But remember, if you want to get bigger and stronger, you must have progressive overload, so you'll need ways to add more weight over time, relative to your strength level.)This bag is also great for HIIT workouts, but don't plan on doing them too often, unless you're "enhanced", or very strong. If you're really doing -high- intensity, you have to give yourself time to recover, or you'll burn yourself out, especially if you're already doing some other form of training. Also, if you aren't training for anything and just want something to toss around for a fun, light workout, you'd probably be better off with a smaller, lighter bag (unless you're very big and/or very strong. It's all relative. I'm 6' ~225 lbs with a few years of weightlifting under my belt, and ~160 lbs is a good challenge, but not max effort for me.)OK, enough rambling. The bag is good. Sandbag training is great. Be smart and have fun.

Very Tightly packed sandbag
I usually use Cerberus sandbags to train with but needed to purchase one so I could do more sandbag work. This is a very durable bag but takes some getting used to as it has ZERO give. There is absolutely no air in the bag at all and it was challenging to get 150lbs of sand to all fit and close the compartment.

Trick to fill completely
Ok, lots of complaints in the reviews on getting these full. I purchased the 150lb bag. Filled it at a beach while on vacation to keep active. At that time I filled it to the top which ended up being 136. After a few workouts the bag stretched a bit and I easily filled it to 150 and probably could have added more. It is tight at 150 full but I prefer that. More like an atlas stone that way. I’ve dropped it several hundred times at this point without issue. Will update if the bag breaks.

50lb bag holds 45lbs of sand. And DON'T buy the 100... It won't come.
***updated 7/9/2021***Four-star review to a one-star review.Despite my bag and not holding a full 50 lb as mentioned below, I like the quality and the performance and how similar it is to my 150 lb rogue bag. So I ordered another 50 which I intended to fill halfway for my daughter to train with me (I cannot find a 25 lb bag) and also ordered a 100 lb bag for something to fit between my new 50 and the existing 150 rogue I already have. When my order arrived yesterday instead of receiving a second to 50 and a 100 lb bag I received two more 50s.As I initiated my exchange I saw that the price had reduced on the 100lb bag so I initiated a return and repurchased to the 100. Today my second attempt at a 100 lb bag was delivered and when I opened the package it again was a 50 lb bag.Now I am left with 4 x 50 lb bags: two of which I need to return and I still do not have the 100 lb bag.I'm very disappointed because as I said I did like this brand and I do like the 50 lb bag I have filled even if it is a little light. But now I'm not sure what to do because I want the quality of this bag but I cannot seem to get that 100lb bag for the life of me.***Original review***Great quality and is great to use. But I could not fit a full 50lb bag of sand. So my 50lb bag is about 45lbs. Otherwise, it's pretty much exactly like my rogue sandbags.

Next level
Sandbags take your workout to the next level. I started with the 100 lb and in about a months time I just had to go the 150 lb. I throw these around like nobody's business and they hold. I decided to use Pea Pebbles instead of sand (no mess). Pebbles were actually cheaper than the sand and you got more weight in a bag than sand. I will definitely be going to the 200 lb in about 2 months and I will definitely buy from this brand again.

True to Weight and Size! Excellent Product
I purchased this bag to work on Strongman workouts.I went to the local home improvement store in purchased three 50 pound bags of play sand. The 150 pound sandbag that I purchased easily held 150 pounds of sand.If I ever need another sandbag, I would absolutely purchase this brand again!

Like rouge but if you’re in Canada won’t gouge on shipping too
The sandbar holds just under 170 as the 150 pound bag with sand from rona. It fills well isn’t messy and seals well. I like that it’s mostly black save for the weight on the side. Handles smoothly through any CrossFit workout. And doesn’t cost crazy amounts like rouge.

Fell apart after ~5th use
Filled to 100lbs as directed. Broke apart after ~5th use. Luckily 5 days before the return window. Also bought the shogun brand bags they seem to be holding up (so far) with same use.

Used once and noticed a hole in the bag.
Filled with sand and used once and sand started to leak through a small hole. The company did respond and offered a full refund.
