Q: Do these work with park tools core remover?

I don’t have a park tool core remover but do use my stans remover with no issues.

Q: anyone other then the 1 reviewer that uses a park tool core remover that had a issue removing these valves ? looking for some type of verification.

I've had no problem removing these core valves.

Q: do they come with caps?

No, caps not included. Side note, the valves are poorly manufactured; it’s difficult to let air in & out.

Q: Do these work with the threads on muc-off valve stems?

Actually they do--I have on some blue presta valves. They also work on TrailOne Components--the BKXC brand The upper/top outer threads seem to have a wider coarser pitch to them which can make attaching a pumpor tire gauge to them difficult so I apply some light grease to either the pump/tire gauge or presta threads to facilitate easy on/off --helps to keep from tearing the o-ring on the pump or tire gauge--but they work fine--no leakage of any kind
