Fits frame perfectly but thin in too many spots
For half the cost of the original entire gazebo, I would have hoped they reinforced all the corners. You can actually see spots where the sun shines right through, which makes me wonder how long will this last. Every corner seam is stretched to the max, you can see each stitch hole stretched out.We did not return it, as we do not want to buy a whole new gazebo at this time and our frame is in perfect condition.

Super tight fit
Arrived sooner than expected which is great.It's a crazy tight fit. Ripped one edge trying to get it on and another edge we left off all together. We literally just needed one maybe two more inches. Hoping with some time it will stretch out a bit and we'll be able to get it on. The little vent cover was actually a little loose to fit but it is nice that the screen actually has velcro to attach it to the main canopy. Our last replacement didn't.The material seems to be pretty durable. Haven't had rain yet so can't comment on how water resistant it is.Overall it's decent. I'd buy another one but might try one from a different company hoping for an easier fit.

Perfect Fit and Good Quality
Bought the ABC Canopy to replace a damaged Lowe's Allen+Roth 10×12 canopy. Fit perfectly and the quality feels good. Comes with a mesh veil vent around the top piece. I would recommend this canopy cover.

Slowness of delivery
Will not be trying this until the Spring, so I cannot comment on is effectiveness right now. Big disappointment that it took almost one month to get it. Canada Post at its finest. Pretty good price though.

To tight.. not the least bit water resistant
Very disappointed with the porousness' of this top. I had to spend $70 purchasing and applying water proofing. It leaked like it was a simple sheet of cotton. Soaked everything underneath, not to be used where it rains in any way
