This is a very complete product and the window glass feature makes cleaning patio sliding doors very quick and easy. Durability remains to be seen, but appears to well made.

This was fairly easy to assemble, but during my second time to ever use this product the handle began to separate from the head piece and now will not stay attached. Also when using the spray function the handle pops off too. The sprayer leaks constantly. Next time I will just order a lipman mop. This was such a waste of my money. Only used two or three times because it was so cheap!

I switched the mop head to use the duster one time & put the mop attachment back on. The plastic piece that goes inside of the handle and the clip to secure the attachment broke off. I’m not sure if maybe I just got a defective one or if there was a hairline crack in the plastic on the mop attachment but nonetheless, I’m very disappointed in the durability. I’ve only used it about 2 dozen times in a small kitchen with lanolium floors. I liked the ease of it though while it lasted. You can make your own floor cleaning mixture and put it in the container. The clip to hold that in is kind of flimsy too and the container leaked if you turn it upside down to attach it so I just turned the handle upside down to avoid spilling it. I’m pretty sad that it broke.

This is my first experience with a "spray mop" after years of rag mops & sponge mops which involve buckets of water and waiting for the floor to dry. This mop was tightly packed in its own cardboard container: I almost threw away one of the accessories because it was stuck in the box. One complaint: I wish the visual directions were on a separate sheet in the box, instead of only on the container. I cut it off the cardboard container & put the directions with all the accessories in a plastic resealable bag so that I would not lose them. Used once, no problems with this spray mop. Oh...love the large size of the mop head, mopping goes faster.

Although the price is great, product comes with a lot of add-ons, and is lightweight, mine has not been able to stay together since I assembled. While using, several times each use I have to re-click one handle pole into the other. Because of this, I can’t use much pressure when wiping the floor or else it just deattaches itself again and again. Currently shopping for a similar floor mop but maybe a bit higher priced for higher quality.

Works great! The handle is not as sturdy as I’d like. It’s great for light work but I do have 4 small dogs who track in lots of mud and have the occasional accident. The extras are a plus though and the fact that I can fill it with whatever cleaning solution I want is a bonus. I would recommend this mop!

I was going to order the Rubbermade mop similar to this one. But this was half the cost. The first thing I noticed was IT DOES NOT include all the mop heads that are shown in the product description. It comes with two of the red pads, the window cleaning attachment, a blue scrapper with briscles on it, and a small rectangular piece of marerial (the length of a book) I have no clue what this does. The assembly was easy, just snap the pieces together. The second thing I noticed was it wasn't made with quality material. The pole is basically aluminium, doesnt seem very strong. The third thing was the refill bottle was a little hard to pull out. The plastic is hard and brittle. It fell while I was filling it up, and it broke. So I never even got to try out the mop. I dug out my old Rubbermade mop and there is a huge difference. Their pole is solid and thicker. Their refill bottle is made with heavy duty plastic. I am returning this product. I give it one star.

The handle always seems to break easy. I understand it’s inexpensive and plastic but cheaply made. I keep buying it because it is light, does a great job on floors. I did buy another brand to try out as well so we will see. Blessings, Nikki Browb
