Travel Pillow - Trip is 50% more Comfortable Than any Other Classical Travel Pillow Due to Innovational Design and Premium Materials (Dark Blue)

I was initially pleased with the travel pillow when I tried it at home, but it failed miserably on my first flight. It is difficult to get the pillow adjusted adequately and the person sitting behind me was skeptical of what I was up to. No matter what I did, I couldn't get the pillow to support my head in a position where it didn't fall to the side. I tried and tried to snug the pillow up under my chin to provide support and ended up breaking one of the cords. Now it looks like a very bulky sanitary napkin with a bunch of loose strings.

Uncomfortable, quick release snaps keep coming undone, and generally a pain. Stopped using it during my trip.

I purchased two of these, one for my sons wheelchair and the other for the cat. One came in broken already so wasn't even able to use it. The second one constantly pops apart and is nothing if not annoying and a waste of money. If I could give this a big fat 0 I would!

I made sure to watch the video on you tube but the set up still took a long time and then it still ended up choking me.

We ended up returning. It was rather complex to use and did not have much support
