Love
I have the blue diamond pans, which I love...wanted pink 💗 omgosh I love it. It's just as high quality as the blue diamond ones. I ordered the whole set. Can't wait for the rest of them to arrive. And yes they are non stick. FOR REAL!!

Great non-stick surface.
So very easy to clean. A paper towel and the mess is gone. I leave it with the light oil or butter film.

Works well
It is one of the prettiest pans I’ve seen. The pink on the outside is pretty, but put it in the sunshine and the inside is just beautiful. Sparkling pink. It’s a shame to cook in it!!!!

Terrible pan
This pan was great for maybe two uses after which everything stuck to it to the point where the pan had to be thrown out. On the third use, while making pancakes, the batter stuck to the pan, such that it ruined the pancakes and the pan. I had even pre-oiled the pan. The customer service is pretty terrible so maybe think twice before ordering from these folks. I sent them my order information from Amazon and they basically said I threw the pan out so there was nothing they could do. They sent a multi paragraph long convoluted explanation for how to clean the pan according to their specifications even after I told them the pan has been discarded. When I asked them to read my email again about the condition of the pan and the fact I had to discard it, they said you’re out of luck.

Not sure I’d say this is non stick right off the bat
This pan had mostly great reviews. I’ve had the hardest time getting it to be non stick. Maybe I’m doing it wrong? But it reminds me of a stainless steal pan. You have to make sure it’s the right temperature/really warmed up, with oil in order for food not to get stuck. I’ve had to scrub the heck out of it several times with baking soda because things constantly stick. But it has not scratched at all!

Great frying pan
The nonstick coating doesn’t last more than a month with daily use of cooking New York strips, but it’s great while it lasts. Don’t think any other nonstick pan is better.
