I received my baby doll. He is so beautiful. I named him Little BJ. His features are so angelic, and he has a sweet newborn blush. He even feels like a real baby. I've seen a lot of reviews about the condition of the doll's hair. His hair is very soft and prone to matting, that is why I keep the white netting that covered his sweet face around his hair, then put a cap on his head to keep his hair protected. Other than that, he is perfect. His face, arms and legs are made of silicone, but his body is cloth and stuffed and is wearing a diaper. Because of the body being stuffed, the doll is not gender-specific. It can be either a girl or a boy. The doll is not anatomically correct. That does not matter to me, since he's not a real baby. I keep him dressed and swaddled. I even bought extra baby clothes for him. The only thing that upsets me is that the doll was shipped to me without his pacifier, but no other issues, my little man BJ is just adorable. If you carry this doll around, people will do a double-take. It looks that real. I love my little BJ. Whatever you name him/her, you will love him too.UPDATESince having this doll, I now know the joy of being a mother. I have no children of my own, so this is my baby. I also experienced the pangs of motherhood when I left him. I went to work the next day, and the separation was just so unbearable that I cried. I missed him so much. I think these dolls should be used as teaching tools to help first-time mothers gain the skills, experience and joy of impending motherhood. Love you BJ!2nd UpdateI gave my little BJ a makeover. I did not like the color of his hair, which was like a reddish color. I wanted his hair darker. So what I did was take a bottle of Semi-Permanent Hair Color in a gorgeous dark brown and used it to darken his hair. I lightly brushed the tangles out of his hair, applied small amounts of the color at a time, very carefully throughout his hair, using rubber gloves and my fingers, then left it on for like an hour or so. The darker you want it, the longer you leave it on. To my surprise, it did not stain his scalp. (As a Precaution: Cover the doll's beautiful face and wrap his body, which is not silicone, tightly in plastic cling wrap leaving hair exposed. Then wrap his soft body up to the neck with a dark towel.) When hair gets to desired color, proceed to rinse applied color out of hair with WARM water. If you are satisfied with the color, very gently dry hair with towel, drying hair downward from front hairline towards back. Once hair has been thoroughly air dried, very gently brush hair with a small metal bristle wig brush. My doll now has a beautiful head of gorgeous dark, silky, shiny hair. I chose dark brown because black hair would have been too harsh, and he might've ended up looking like Eddie Munster. If you plan to go this route, be very careful and gentle with application and hair care afterwards. Good Luck!.GOOD NEWS!!!Little BJ is now a Twin. I just Introduced him to his beautiful twin sister, Little Isabella Rose. She's equally as beautiful as her brother. They're twins. But not identical, even though they look alike. They're Fraternal. I decided to make this doll a girl, so I will have a complete set. I'm so in love with these two beautiful darlings.

My daughter wanted a real looking baby, and as you know the reborns are so expensive! Well, she decided on this one for her birthday, and she loves him! I’m so happy she is happy with him. He is so cute, he is very realistic I feel for the price. Obviously, the reborns are going to be more realistic, but for the value he is perfect. His eyelashes are beautiful! I will say his hair is a little crazy, but my daughter doesn’t seem to mind and that is all that matters to me. We bought a car seat on here also for him, and he fits perfect. I would definitely recommend.

This doll is super adorable, but the hair is untamable. I tried everything but at the end had to cut it off. I love the size is the size of a newborn baby.

The media could not be loaded. I loved how adorable this doll is! I named him Jaliyah cooper Mumtaz and I will never regret having him! He’s small just like a newborn and isn’t weighted he is squishy everywhere! I wasn’t expecting him to come in a diaper but he was! He came with the adorable outfit, a bottle and his magnetic pacifier! The only thing was that his hair is a little longer than anticipated but that’s okay. (The bottle didn’t come sealed or with the milk I did that myself)

Overall the doll is cute. The hands look poorly crafted to me and look very fake. A random two fingers stick together too which I thought was strange. The eyes on this doll do NOT open. The body is cloth and the limbs and head are silicone. It’s not super heavy at all. I didn’t like the outfit that came on the baby so I purchased a preemie outfit and dressed it in that. The magnetic pacifier is super cute and holds securely to the mouth.

This baby was beautiful and well made for the price, the arms and legs have joints at the shoulders and hips which make it poseable and the body and 3/4 of the limbs are soft, and the arms legs and head are soft silicone, full head of hair, and it is weighted. Over all this doll is the perfect size and I know my girls will love them! I ordered 2 of the 18 inch dolls and they wear newborn clothes well, preemie is too small.

My 6 year old saved her money for this doll. I am so disappointed for her. We knew the hair would likely need some help, but it’s awful and a mess. The baby’s coloring is not normal at all. The hands & feet are creepy and not realistic. The eyelashes are glued on and cheap, which will likely fall off sometime soon. Don’t waste your time or money.
