Great hard-to-find item!
USB to a 5v barrel power source. Right angle on both ends was important for me. The combination of these two makes this a somewhat obscure product, but fir the bill perfectly for me.I use it for my Android TV Box instead of the AC power adapter included with it. I use the USB on my TV as a power source. Brilliant!

Worked right out of the box with my NVIDIA Nano
I bought this adapter cable to connect my NVIDIA Nano to an Anker 13,000 ma battery pack and it does the job for me!

It works. Side offset is nice.
Works well to power my laptop cooler when running on battery. I use this to power a KLIM laptop cooler. my cooler fits to any of 3 laptop exhaust ports which are close to USB 3.2 ports. The included cable was very nice braided-cloth sheath, but way too long for my layout. This shorter one is much better. The cable quality is pretty basic but seems fairly normal. It's not "elite gaming soft braid" style you'd find on a Razor or Kone gaming accessory, the insulation is a bit stiff, but it's much easier to have a short cable standing up than a long cable zip or twist-tied clunking around.
