We've had this in our closet for a couple of months now. Working great. The response when you open the door is very fast and picks up your movement every time. With our old system we often had to wave our arms around when entering the closet because the movement detection has blind spots. I'm very impressed and hope the bulb lasts a good long time.

The motion-activated bulb placed in the food pantry (that has no wired light switch for the pull-switch bulb in the high ceiling) works great when you open the door!The bulb put in the shop bathroom quit after 1 week. =(Hoping the other 2 don't have a 50/50 function.

Installed these bulbs at my front and back porch 3 years ago. Still working.

1 did not work and the second quit after 9 months

I purchased two of these bulbs, both of them performed the same, which is to say miserably.They both rapidly strobed when the power was turned on, and during the approximately 50% of the time the bulbs were actually illuminated, they produced light equal to maybe a 3 watt night light bulb. I can't imagine any use for these things, even if they did perform as they were supposed to, without the rapid strobing.

Perfect. Nice and bright. Work in my pantry and in master bedroom closet. However, like other reviewers I will say you have to take glass cover off light fixture to get it to work. Also, two bulbs don’t work in one fixture one will light one won’t. So they are bright enough that we could just use one bulb in that fixture. They are in master bedroom closet so not a big deal glass covers are off. Makes it much easier to open door have light come one and go off after 1 minute when we leave.

Love these! They work exactly as described. Helps me feel safer knowing the lights come on even if I’m not home. 😁
