Mine must have been faulty!
I really wanted to like this charger, but I ended up returning it because it got extremely hot and damaged my dashboard. It left a spot and it was not even on a hot or sunny day. I think it must have been defective. I just asked for a refund....I didn't exchange it. I do wish it didn't have the cord built in...I would rather have to plug my cord into the pad. This would have been great, other than being hot enough to put a spot on my dash.

How come this is better than OEM?!?
I have had wireless chargers since their inception and they've always been sensitive to the location of the phone. I have an s7 edge and i throw it anywhere on this mat and it starts charging... every time! Even through the vase. It sticks nicely in the dashboard and it's low profile makes it inconspicuous.

Works but too large for IPX and doesn’t stick onto surfaces.
It charges..It is FlexibleBut way too big. It doesn’t stay on car dashboard.Price was great but would not pay over $10 for this. It could do the job as an extra wireless charger in the house.

If it had two instead of just one charge discs it would work better. I do like the pad cradle for charging ...
This charge Pad will do but it it will not charge my phone at all while in it's otter box case. If it had two instead of just one charge discs it would work better. I do like the pad cradle for charging in the car enough to accept having to uncase my phone to use it.

Stay away!!!
Had this for 2 months ,today while driving something started smelling funny in the truck, this charger was melting!!! And my phone wasn't even on it, could have burned my truck down! Don't buy this!

works well
Works fine and perfectly fits the center console of the new Miatas.Very hard to find a charger that will fit in my car.

Barely works with phones in a case.
You get what you pay for when buying cheap Chinese products. I have literally the thinnest case I could find and the charger would only work if it were in exactly the right position. If you don’t have a case you should be a little better off but ultimately not worth the effort for me.
