STAY AWAY FROM SELLER
I purchased a laptop that began showing hardware issues just two months after purchase, right after their 30-day return policy had expired. These issues weren’t minor – they clearly indicate a defective product sold to me, yet the retailer refuses to take accountability. Instead of addressing the problem directly, they instructed me to deal with Dell myself.This is unacceptable customer service. Selling a product with underlying hardware issues and then pushing the responsibility onto the manufacturer is a clear disregard for their customers. I expected better. If you're considering buying from them, be aware that their return policy doesn't reflect the longevity or reliability of the products they sell.They are scaming you!

Constant Issues
After rebuilding 2x - at the direction of Dell support - I still wake my computer every morning with a 50/50 chance my external monitor won't function. And sometimes this leads hours of fuddling.I bought this thinking it would cause fewer issues with my Dell monitors. Oh for the good old days and HP.

Built-in speakers are unusable and other issues.
The box arrived open. The interior box was also unsealed. Appeared as refurbished, although sold as brand new.The product key for the Office license was not delivered. The seller didn't reply on Friday afternoon until Monday morning. Seller didn't want to deliver the code, because "I may return the laptop" !!Biggest issue, which is beyond the seller and apparently confirmed on reddit for the XPS 15 models is that the built-in speakers are practically unusable. First there's a crackling sound issue that can be fixed through driver updates (even that, why is it necessary to update a driver for a brand new laptop?). But the audio quality of the speakers can't be improved other than by external speakers. My $100 Chromebook's audio works better than this $1700 laptop.
