Cute but does not hold in hair
Really cute clips! They are not very tight in my hair so I need to put a plain Bobby pin in my hair and this one covering it...which kind of defeats the purpose. The clips don't hold my hair.

Great stylish bobby pins
Great Quality! The pins are on a nice leather packaging. Seems pretty fancy. The bobby pins seem like it’s made out of good quality, the metal is not too bendable. It stayed in my hair all night, didn’t loosen up. The color seemed natural and added a nice touch instead of using regular colored bobby pins. I have thick long hair that gets pretty messy and this held on pretty well.I highly reccomend this product! And the sayings on the packaging just makes me smile :) “You keep me in place” “Exercise? I thought you said accessorize!”

When plain Bobbi pen is not good enough.
I like to use these little pins when just a bobbi pen is not enough and want something that holds the hair back but looks nice. They are light and easy to use.

Great color
I had read other reviews and it seemed everyone liked the product but had a hard time getting the bobby pins off the cute leather holder they arrived with. They'd resorted to pliers, etc. I just cut the leather and was able to easily pull them off. The pins have been great to use to hold my bangs back.

The replacements are ok
out of 4 pins, 2 are ok. the other two are so loose that they are totally useless.update: Amazon sent me replacement. all 4 are ok this time. so i've increased the rating from 2 to 4 stars

Cute but difficult packaging
The clips are cute and packaged in a cute way, BUT I nearly broke them trying to get them off the leather backing. Actually had to grab pliers. Don't know if it was width of leather or glue but it was crazy

Ouch! They would have been beautiful in my blonde hair.
I have long hair. I just tried one and it got stuck when I pulled it out. I had several hairs that ripped out. The look is great, but there is a v opposite the opening that grabbed onto my hair. My granddaughter was happy to get them. She is great with the glue gun so she filled in the gap so hair does not get caught.

Tortoise shell bobby pins
The bobby pins in themselves are fine but man, what a production trying to get them out of the cardboard thingythey were attached to!!! Holy cow, my hubby is a strong guy and he had to get pliers and still had a heck of a timetrying to dislodge them!!
