Great emergency carrier
This is a great addition to my emergency kit in the event someone needs to have emergency transport and they can't walk. My dad got one of these for his backpack and I followed suit. Maybe not the best ever, but it feels sturdy and can definitely support a person's weight.

Essential Bit of Kit For Hiking or Camping Remotely
I trained as an EMT and have taken wilderness survival courses and one thing that we always seemed to need and practice on, was a stretcher. Injuries where people dont' have use of their legs, are unconscious or if you're trying to get out of a dangerous situation and the person can't move fast enough, stretchers come in handy. There are many uses for this. You can create a makeshift stretcher, but usually the hard part is finding something large enough to hold someone. Tarps and blankets are good, but this is a ready made piece of gear that is ready to be used and it's designed well for it. The material can support 750lbs which may include two people at a time in an emergency. Or you can even carry equipment, gear and supplies if needed. The stretcher is waterproof and strong with loops on the corners and sides for strapping the person in or for using as a tow point. With this, you can drag (as long as you are strong enough) a person by yourself, if necessary, over sand, snow and with care, over regular ground. The whole thing folds up to take up a small footprint and can be carried with you in a backpack. Overall, this is a nice bit of gear to have for emergency use when someone gets injured and moving them by their own power would be more challenging.

Strong, easy to pack and a valued piece of equipment on ATV/UTV trail riding trips!
The MediTac litter, Latex-Free Black Nylon Handles & Durable Non-Woven Fabric, 750 Lb Weight Capacity is very strong and easy to pack. We go on frequent ATV/UTV trail riding trips in some very desolate and often unforgiving country. Our group has experienced numerous accidents and even a fatality over the years and know to well how quickly things can go south. Typically, these unfortunate events happen miles into the wilderness where help is nowhere in sight. We prepare the best ways possible for any and all contingencies. This litter is the best packable type I've found and can be made more rigid using quickly cut small tree's and limbs thanks to its multiple strong nylon handles. It can hold a very large adult and can handle anyone as far as weight. The litter is very sturdy and durable. I keep it packed with my first-aide pack and am very glad to have it should it be needed. Having had to evacuate a critically injured person without a way to stabilize them during transport gave me the knowledge of just how important this piece of equipment can be. I'm extremely satisfied with the quality and capabilities of the MediTac litter and consider it an outstanding value!

Small impervious package. Easy to open. Add 2 carabiners so one person can drag it alone.
I spotted this MediTac litter in a youtube video, and realized how handy it could be in an emergency. The video showed how the litter can be used in a pinch to move a person alone– adding two carabiners helps make it possible for a single person to drag someone for a short distance. You can find the video yourself, but here’s how it works: There are four handholds along each side of the litter (#1 to #4). Place the patient in the center of the litter, placing a towel or cushion under their tailbone. Put the end of the litter between their feet, then clip the last side loops (#4) with the second-highest side loops (#2) using a carabiner. The patient’s legs will stick out to either side, like they’re wearing a giant cloth diaper. Have the patient lean back, grab the top side loops (#1) along with the top loop, and pull. The litter is vacuum-sealed in thick impervious plastic. Four tear-open notches are marked clearly with red ink for rapid emergency access. The sealed pouch is 10” wide x 10” deep x 2” high (2” at its highest point, but most of the package was compressed to 1” high). My kitchen scale says it weighs 391g.

Nice piece of kit
Hopefully will never need it, but it's part of my first aid kit. seems very heavy duty where needed, but lightweight enough you don't mind carrying it.

Not 750 lb weight capacity
206kg isn't even 500 lbs. more like 454 lbs. Image in listing shows 340kg which would be 750 lbs. Check review images and they all are 206kg just like the one I received. But it is in a small convenient compact package. Just be aware of it’s actual weight rating. My experience though seems like a bait and switch either from Amazon or seller. Didn’t get the litter ordered but a lesser weight rated one. PITA to return so will live with it. BEWARE!!!!

Excellent, must have for your medical supplies
We use these durable and highly portable soft stretchers on the medic unit. They are durable and are an excellent quality for the money. I like they are sealed and can be stashed. While reusable if cleaned we however use them once per patient. If you are a Paramedic / EMT / firefighter / law enforcement / prepared minded and want something that is compact, easily stashed in a bag just in case this is it!

Great for transporting elderly person
I got this to transport my gramma who doesn't do stairs well anymore. With this under and behind her like a seat and 2 of her grand sons on either side it was easy peasy to get her up the stairs of the house. And it folds small until the next time we need it. Very nice!
