This medication is really good It gives you strength and also gives you all the things that it actually says but you have to take it daily Don't miss not one single day if not then you will have to wait if you days or a week until you can restart over It is not good to consume the medication one day yes and one day no You have to take it daily.

We bought this because it's a good brand. It was a bit pricey, but well worth it. Just be prepared to wait awhile.

I started taking this a few months ago I live in Michigan we all need extra vitamin D. The vitamin K is great if you bruise easy.
