Q: do these come with a belt?

Yes, I've bought 3 pairs and they all had a belt included.

Q: Does this product have scissor pockets?

Yes, there is one on both pant legs that utilizes a Velcro retention strap. They are not quite the same as some other scissor pockets on other pants I own but I have had no problems with them thus far.

Q: is the description correct? this durable pant is made from lightweight ripstop fabric and comes with a free matching belt.

Yes but it didn't include a belt.

Q: Is the key silencer pocket big enough for an iPhone SE?

Not sure about that the pockets are big and deep
