I used to think salt was, well, just salt. It would be wasteful to use this as a cooking salt as you would miss out on the brilliant burst of flavor and slight crunch of this delectable flavor enhancement. Even boring leftovers become tasty treats when livened up with this wonderful salt. I have actually gone from completely avoiding salt to totally enjoying this great salt -- with no adverse effects!

I only use sea salt to cook with and flavor my food. This is the best one I have used by far. It has a great texture and flavor. And at this price, it is a super value. This is a terrific finishing salt. Great when you add to your plate of food instead of table salt. The flakey crystals melt into the food. Great value as compared to other similar products. You don't have to be a foodie to appreciate It. Really nice to have in the pantry.
