I like the cream as a spot cream it is a little thick to be used all over my face, although it doesn't do anything to my acne. So therefore I ended up popping my primples and then applied this at the top. So I'll say it really helpful as a post pimple popping treatment or for scar on face. I also like the scent of the product very refreshing.

Very light and not greasy.
