I love this thing! No assembly needed and worked great right out of the box. Brakes are a bit touchy but I was able to smooth them out a bit with some adjustment. I can get it to 44 mph and I believe it will go all of 50 miles on a charge. Very happy customer!

Its an incredible little machine...the owners manual is ridiculous though...tells you nothing...

Absolutely love it, saving atleast $10/day in commuting costs. However, 1 star off until I can figure out how to stop it from cutting my hand.The throttle lever not being long causes your hand to be right against the digital meter and cuts into my hand when I take off or have to break aggresively which isn't rare in NYC.

I would like a better bike will work better

 I'm changing my review to 4 starts because of their customer service, they stand behind their products. I'm taking off 1 star because as I previously said it's impossible to reach the advertised 40MPH, it's not only me, everyone on youtube says, this scooter TOP speed on FLAT surface is 32-33mph speed, I've had it for over a month now and riding it 'every day to/from work, I never hit 40mph even when going downward, the advertised 40mph is FALSE AND MISLEADING. by the way even the ZERO 10X which is $300 more is also advertised as a 40MPH scooter and there's a good video from user 'ride zero' on youtube, you can see most of the time when he is going max speed he does 56-58kph (which is 34-36mph), the nanrobot will do most of the times 30-32 when going max. so the zero 10x is a little more powerful but it's also overrated
