After a month, no change
I used this product for a month along with doing the AutoImmune Protocol, AIP, diet to cleanse my system and heal my gut. After a month I felt zero difference. I realize that it could take months if not years to heal a leaky gut, that's why I am giving it 4 stars instead of fewer. It would be nice if a bit more could be given as far as directions are concerned.
