I've only taken three capsules in 36 hours: far below the recommended dosage. I can already feel a boosted libido--AND HOW!This has got to be the best-kept secret among male enhancement products. I had never heard of it until I accidentally clicked on an herbal supplement blog touting its benefits.Short and to the point, after only three doses well under the recommended amount I am already feeling quite an increase in horniness.I hope the results will continue. I plan to use it a few days and then go without it a few days so it doesn't lose its effectiveness.I read glowing reviews on the internet about how it boosts testosterone and frankly I didn't believe them.I do now.EDITED TO ADD: I'm finding you have to use this properly for it to work:1. I take two capsules first thing in the morning a half hour before eating breakfast. This is key: it doesn't seem to work as well if taken with food.2. Two capsules is a minute fraction of the bottle's recommended dose and it seems to boost my libido to what I consider "normal"--not specatular, but at about the level it should be. YMMV3. I take it during the five-day work week and then cycle by staying off it on the weekends. This seems to be working and I don't feel I am becoming dependent on it.All in all the supplement works, and I was surprised when it did. I will edit this review if anything changes.

Product as described, couldn't really tell if/how potent it is, but it probably contributed to an overall positive moment (health wise and athletically)!

Billed as a superfood and aid to better health, this product is a marquee sign for just that; in other words, it was beneficial. I found popping one of these in the morning in combination with a couple of L-Arginine cleared up my morning fog, meaning I didn't need to down 2-3 cups of coffee to start my morning but sensed an alert, focused state of mind. Besides the mood, I noticed a general spark of feeling good, energized throughout the day seemed to be an accompanying effect. Was disappointed to find my bottle empty, but glad to receive a new bottle with a new order. I guess one can say clarity and general well-being are the new order of the day with Pine Pollen Cracked Wall Powder from Barlowe's Herbal Elixirs.

Still using it. Not enough time to judge fairly.

Works for me, YMMV. It provides enough of a boost in male hormones for me that I can notice it.Bonus for me it is in capsule form and not a powder that is unpalatable, so it is used instead ofsitting in the cupboard like the powder is doing right now.
