Keeps the heat in the winter and cool in the summer
I used this to insulate the loft space between the roof rafters. Easy to cut with a saw designed for plastics but does produce a lot of dust so you will need a mask and a vacuum cleaner. Does the job its designed for and saved me a few quid off my heating bill so a great investment.

I liked this product as it was easy to fix into place, just measure the size you need and cut with a saw.
