The Stacyc 16eDRIVE is the perfect choice for little rippers with some experience on a balance bike and are a little taller and/or more familiar with riding Stacyc Stability Cycles and need a larger platform. Your child should have an inseam of 18" or more to adequately touch the ground with a slight bend in the knees for optimum sizing. Your child can learn to push, balance, and coast in the Non-powered mode. Graduate them to the powered mode (the holy grail of fun) as they show proficient use and understanding of the brake and the ability to coast and brake while standing. Start them with a speed similar to what they can push the non-powered version at, and they learn the use of the twist throttle, and a long coast turn into a constant use of throttle and giggles. As they continue to develop skills, the medium speed of the Stacyc 16eDRIVE allows for an exceptional amount of fun outdoors, getting thousands of hours of hand-eye coordination, balance, and outdoor exercise.

Does not work
The bike only ran twice and then completely stopped working. We have reached out to the company. They sent us a new motor and had us replace it and it still does not run. We have reached out multiple times and have heard nothing back. Do not purchase this bike!

It is perfect for my 4 year old however the brake lever is hard to reach for small hands
The size, weight, and the motor are solid for getting a kid use to balance and throttle control. The only two things I don’t like are that the brake lever is just a little far away for little hands to reach, I wish they had an adjustable lever like most full size motorcycles have. And also the battery is on the bottom of the frame putting it at risk of a puncture when riding over rocks or logs. Other than that it’s great!

Not the one pictured
A little disappointed that I didn’t receive the one in the picture but the main disappointments were that the frame was scratched in two locations and the foot rests were broken.

Returned
I ordered this as a Christmas Gordy for my grandson. The bike showed up in the wrong color and did not have a battery. Had to return it and go buy a new one at last minute so Christi would not be ruined.

No Kick Stand
The media could not be loaded. My three year old absolutely loved this bike! It took him a couple of tries to get used to the power of the throttle, after that he was gone and he was ready for it! The battery was easy and he was also able to connect the battery when he was ready to ride! We are getting ready for the track and the racing days!! The only Con about it, it doesn’t have a kick stand or anyway to keep it up right when not riding. Other that great purchase and quick delivery!

Don’t Waste Your Money
Buy a used PW50 instead. More reliable and replacement parts are WAY cheaper!These things are JUNK. Less than 5 hours of ride time and we’ve replaced 2 batteries, a throttle, and now the ECU is burned up. $1000 to buy it and another 500$ in parts in only 5 hours. 💀💀💀
