Q: Wont charge or turn on after one week of use. Ive plugged it into different ports/outlets. Is my controller defective?

Mine just did the same thing after a couple days, so I took it apart! I discovered a reset button which is not listed in the instructions. It is accessible from the outside on the back of the controller, located near the screw next to ZL. Just push a paper clip in to press the button inside.

Q: Is that working wireless on pc

I finally got the controller to connect with pc/steam after realizing there is a button combination to use for connecting it to Bluetooth. I think it was the home button + holding down a or the home button + b. I found a similar tutorial for connecting a steam controller with Bluetooth and it ended up working.

Q: Who do I contact because the controller will not pair up?

The instructions are very unclear but by reading through the q&a, I found the answer and it worked. 1. Fully charge the controller 2. Using the joy-con on the switch console, in settings go to Controllers and select “change grip order”, then press and hold the home button on the new wireless controller for 5-6 seconds until the blue lights flash rapidly. The screen on the console will change to controller images. Follow instructions on screen which are to simply tap L + R, you should be paired up. In the bottom left of screen you should see the image of your new wireless controller.

Q: Does it have NFC communications or amiibo connection?

No NFC function, not compatible with amiibo

Works Well

Easily connected to our Nintendo Switch. My son loves the look and the feel of the controller. Has good haptic feedback. Great price for a decent controller. He charges it every time he is done with it for the day and it's ready to go for the next day.

Very nice and convenient, perfect for the Switch

Works great, not too difficult to setup. All the buttons are in the right place. Battery life is good, but I do wish it lasted a bit longer so I could charge it maybe once per week instead of every second day.

Slippery joysticks but great

The joysticks are slippery so you need to use the grips the paw print ones included or other grips that fit the controller. I also had to try a few times to connect the controller but otherwise fantastic for playing video games like Minecraft.

So much better than other controllers I have used

Sturdy, excellent texture, perfect size, easily paired, and USB-C to charge - what else could you ask for? How about a great price!No issues with drift, lag, and precision - all buttons feel natural and responsive. It lasts for a well over 10 hours of intermittent play before needing a charge - that's a couple days in our house so more than expected!
