When we first received it, the first thing I noticed was that the box felt very sturdy and hefty. The cards are not cheaply made where it is thin and flimsy. They have a nice little weight to it. The box, cards, and instructions are very cute and adorable. Instructions of game play is very clear and concise with even recommended variants of game play if you want to change things up a little. Fun and engaging game. Definitely receive a lot of giggles, laughs, and "No!" throughout the game. The game feels a little like playing Poker and Go Fish combined. Will absolutely recommend this card game to family and friends!

I bought this as a gift for a person who loves strategy games as a potential quick-to-learn game for game nights. We've been playing it with just 2 people before realizing that it's for 3-6 players. Even still, this is a really fun game, takes some strategy and memory, and is definitely re-playable. I found the video included in the product's photo gallery very helpful to learn how to play.

The game is excellent for 3/4 players but can also be played with 2 (due to the game mechanics it becomes less fun).The special cards in the game increase the complexity and fun and depending on the level / age of the players you can easily add/remove some from the deck.The card quality is above average, not the forever lasting plasticky ones but they feel solid in hand.The images / character designs are very well made and help kids get engaged.I am basing this review entirely on playing with kids and for this particular purpose this product is a good balance of fun/difficulty and great value for money with tons of replayability.

A nice game tho a little complicated for younger players to get started. Cons: cards are small, stock is a bit thin, colors a bit hard to differentiate. Pros: Clever mechanics and some subtle strategy make this a nice light weight challenge that we will play again.

Clash of Cards is a fun and engaging game. It is easy to learn (my 7 year old picked it up with the first hand) but there are surprising amounts of strategy embedded in the game. Despite a simple premise, there are many approaches to winning, all of which have their advantages and drawbacks, and counterstrategies. The game also has a very fun theme - each character card is unique, with a different name and quote (some quite clever), which adds variety despite there being six of every numbered card that has the same art. Definitely recommend!

This is a quick and fun strategic card game. Can be played in less than an hour and has enough strategy to feel re-playable, but is relatively easy to pick up. Well done and great value for the price of the game.

Use trump cards to capture a pile and add it to your hand. The goal is to build two straits first and go out, ending a round. There are a few extra cards to do things like save a trump from the discard pile and death card worth negative points, but that's basically it.That could be fun, but at least from the games we've played so far it's balanced heavily towards luck over skill so a lot of the things that might be interesting about the game don't really pan out.So ok casual game. I don't know if it has sticking power though.
