I’m really impressed with the Comfytemp Flexible Knee Ice Pack Wrap! It works really well and the straps make it super easy to wrap securely around the knee, leg, foot, or wherever you need it. I’ve been using it to help reduce the swelling from varicose veins on my partner’s calves, and it has made a noticeable difference. These wraps are great for any kind of injury or pain relief. I’ve actually bought two of them so I always have one ready in the freezer just in case. Highly recommend!

Well we ordered the largest as wanted plenty of freezing area. In fact it was so good we ordered two so could quickly rotate with one in freezer ( in a plastic) bag and one in use. Reaches very cold temperature quickly when using ‘fast freeze’ on freezer. Works wonderfully well on swollen knee joint and also had compression capability. We didn’t need to use heat ( microwave option) though did a test with good heat after 50 seconds in a 900 microwaveGreat product for price and very pleased

After having knee replacement, finding something as robust and comfortable as this was great. It took a moment to figure the straps out and how to fit it, but when it was on it was very comfortable. The ice packs are malleable too, so it really gets around the joint well and fits perfectly. I know this might sound a bit silly, but I actually found the cold too cold, it was unbearable (low pain threshold) so I had to return it sadly.

Value for money! Great for recovery, and straps in very nicely to my legs.Like the fact that it’s for hot and cold therapy.

Really good - wasn’t sure at first but are perfect. Had a knee operation and they worked perfectly - cooled it down - fitted securely and were comfortable. Eased the pain and helped me through - great help - thank you.

In essence the cold option was more effective than the hot. Wearing it straight from the microwave the knee raged more intensely after use, less effective.Wearing it cold calmed the pain far more effectively.
