I suffer from foot pain during long walks. We had a Disneyland trip coming up, and I knew that I cannot be without this tape. I wrap the top of my feet leaving my toes exposed and then put on socks. They don’t roll or fold over from the socks. They stay in place, they hold your feet in to protect your feet from moving all around.They give your foot a lot of support for a very long day of walking. Your feet aren’t nearly as sore as they would be if you just had socks on.Also great for wrapping sore knees as well.There is no rubbing as to prevent any blisters. I highly recommend this tape.

My daughter uses it to tape her hand for volleyball when it is sore and it stays put throughout playing and hitting the ball.

The wrap size itself is good but from other brands I have got the self adhesive side of it doesn’t really work that well but did its purpose of compress.
