First cnc machine.
Excellent machine. Have been using it 6-8 hours a day since I received it. Making small crafts for elementary and specialty schools in my community. Not making any money from it. Looking to save up to get another machine but will take awhile.Very easy to set up and use

Cnc
Packaged securely and arrived way faster than the expected delivery date. The machine was pretty easy to put together but during install found out that the bed came in two pieces of MDF instead of one and wouldn't line up properly. The bed will suffice though until I grab a new solid sheet of MDF to fit in it's place.

Excellent machine
The media could not be loaded. I'm a retired machinist, CNC Programming last 30 years of a 54 year career, now in my 70's, I got the 300wt and very easy to put together and I aM testing out free software (Carbide Create, Easle), great product for the price, video is when I first tested the machine with programs it came with (Candle)

Mostly good but some issues I'm working out
Received very quickly, assembled quite easily but that's when a few issues started appearing. One thing that's not listed anywhere is the emergency stop button is default engaged. Open that before turning the machine on and it works a whole lot better. 2nd issue is the y axis limit switch isn't really working. The other 2 axis work fine but the Y axis tries to keep pushing the gantry even though the limit switch is active and the bar can't go anywhere. A bit annoying actually as I can't really 'home' the unit. I haven't dug in to see what the problem is yet. I tried the screen based operation first, but it doesn't seem to want to work. It outlined the area, but didn't move the z axis to the medium's level or turn on the spindle. I'll try the computer connection in a day or two when I have more time. Overall I'm happy with the unit despite these issues. Construction is solid, labeling is very well done, packaging was great.

Super Happy
I have bought this machine 3 other time from 3 other companies and each time they did not run!I ended up returning them. I decided to try 1 MORE TIME and that would be it! I mean this was crazy, before I retired I designed & put CNC machines together? For crying out load! So , I am not a novice. This one was so easy to setup, They actual put most of it together for me. I just needed to attach the wire where indicated, and BAM! it is running!! I have been trying to make a piece for my dad ( Who is in his 80's ) for over 2 years!! Today I am running that piece as I write this.I am so happy with this machine, Thank You for selling a worth while product! I would tell anybody wanting to get in to this hobby to but this machine, Super Happy!!

Will not complete a job
UPDATE: support response is so bad I refuse to wait that additional week. My return was approved and it's all packed up pretty and on it's way home.---------I'm returning mine. I've had it 2 weeks and it has yet to complete a cut and/or engraving job, aside from the test run that simply engraves CNC on a piece of hardboard. The failures include randomly running off path, stopping in the middle of the job, randomly pausing in the middle of a job; a pause can be temporarily recovered from, but it is still unable to complete the job.Vevor Support is thus far useless. I'll give them one more week. Returning it is a PITA so I hope they make it right.

Great for the money
I have had other hobby grade CNC machines and even built my own in the past. For what you get at this price this is a fantastic deal. Ive made some ompressive things with it already.

Built to be thrown away - update
The seller sent me the part for free and everything is working again. Only complaint is that you can not but OEM parts in case you need them after the warranty expires bAfter just a few uses the machine just stopped working. Tried resetting and checking power supply, but company is no help and wants pictures of the machine NOT working ? They don’t want to offer replacement control boxes SO they expect you to throw away the machine and buy a new one. Why don’t they sell the most important replacement part for their machine ?
