I loved these, great value for your money. I really loved how calm they made me feel. They do have a strong flavor but, you get over it quickly. These are a must but again for me.

Excellent! I’ve been taking these for a week and they really work. I wake up feeling fully rested and another unexpected benefit is that something in this has really lowered my blood pressure in the mornings. I wish I had found this along time ago. I will definitely buy this again!

Just received mine today. Can’t review yet but was wondering why the serving size says 2 capsules but the directions say to take just one.

I can't give the full 5 stars yet because tonight is the first time I have taken it. My Dr recommended I take a cortisol manager. The one he recommended, I took for 1 month, and I didn't see any changes. It also had fillers like magnesium stearate and others, which I didn't like. I saw the ingredients in this one and liked what I saw, so I'm hoping it is going to help relax my muscles while I sleep, due to fibromyalgia. Idk if this is exactly what a cortisol manager is usually used for, but my Dr said it may help me.

I was skeptical. Not sure if it is doing anything for cortisol but it definitely helps me sleep and can calm the crazies when I am having anxiety.

These are amazing so far. I have a lot of anxiety ptsd, etc. A laundry list. And these do work! Very happy with them so far and I've o ly been taking them a few days so far. Haven't changed anything else except starting these and noticing such a difference and such a calm after I take them. It's very rare for me to ever feel just completely relaxed. These get me there.
