Very disappointed – Missing pages in TWO consecutive orders!
The media could not be loaded. I had ordered this textbook for my son who is preparing for his board exams, trusting that Amazon would deliver quality as always. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed this time.In the first delivery, we noticed that 5 pages were not printed at all. Assuming it was just a rare printing defect, we returned the book and requested a replacement.However, in the replacement copy, things got even worse. This time, 8 pages were missing! We did not expect such poor quality control from Amazon. Since we trusted the brand, we didn’t immediately check the second book, thinking the issue would be resolved, but when my younger son took the book to school and opened it there, we found out about the missing pages again.This has wasted our time and caused a lot of stress for my child during a crucial academic year.I sincerely request Amazon and the seller to please improve your quality check process, especially for educational materials like textbooks.It’s very disappointing when students face such issues with study materials they rely on.We expect better from a platform like Amazon.
