Great chessboard and checkers board! Great for portability! I recommend this to everyone!

Cheap but I didn’t expect much for the process I paid. Good for a kid who wants to learn to play.

The board itself has a solid semi-hollow weight and feel and all of the chess pieces have felt to easily slide around; however, the pieces themselves while looking beautifully hand-crafted certainly don’t feel so - there is a cheap, hollow wood feeling to them that stops this from being an exotic work of craftsmanship.

My brother was recuperating from surgery and I thought this would be a fun gift to share with his grandchildren.
